Ah I understand what you mean now, but that's not exactly what I meant. I don't think he literally thinks they're being controlled by troles but he thinks they're against him. "no one asked you to get cute". He thought the cat didn't like him, that's why it bit him. He doesn't understand that the cat locked up in a carrier defenseless being approached by a loud stinky thing poking at it is scared and defending itself. He thinks it doesn't like KingCobraJFS.

Side note: Is anyone aware how long property assessor records take to update? At present, while we know the pad owner is the trailer park, I am trying to see the owner of the unit. At this time, for lot 27 (correct me if I am wrong on that) it is not anyone Cobes-related. (Nor is anyone with the Saunders surname owning anything at 111 N Forest, or any other properties in Natrona County aside from the "Lovercheck et vir" entry.

Tbh the cat prob liked the way he smelled I've had multiple cats and they tend to love dirty clothes not that it matters but I think that cat was probably scared likely a stray that they trapped to get fixed or shots or something and cobes let it out thinking someone locked up their cat

I don't know exactly when they'll update it in Natrona county but my experience with researching other places is they're usually updated in October and/or April and you'd have to call the clerk's office to get an up to date record if one is available.
 
No way he has a cat. Have you ever known a cat not to get in the way of whatever the fuck you’re doing? Even if it was a kitten and he shut it into a room it would be freaking tf out.

I don't think he thinks objects and creatures are "taken over" and "controlled" by trolls as much as he thinks they ARE trolls to begin with. I'm pretty sure he actually said a dog and a cat were trolls before.

Apparently manufactured homes are taxed separately as personal property and not real property in Wyoming so you won't be able to find those records on the assessor's website. Clint would only show up on the assessor's website if he owned the real property, i.e. the lot.

Maybe there's a personal property tax portal (or PPTP, nice) where you can find that info but I didn't check.

It is available on the assessor website. The GIS map shows the lot owner, the trailer park. An address search shows who is in a specific address/lot. Then you can get more information if you open the Account.

Interesting, my guess is it'll be a couple months to update the records unless this guy is renting it to Josh.

I was bored so I browsed through the records, it looks like they just paid the taxes on that place in april, and they now live at a much nicer different place in casper. The house that the old owner and his wife own now does not look like it was ever up for rent. It looks like they bought it from the bank and fixed it up, probably why they were in the trailer. He doesn't own any other properties, so I assume he's not a landlord. We will just have to wait until they add the tax records for this year to see who owns it unfortunately. Looking at natrona county it looks like they constantly update the records, according to the clerks office it's current as of 24/12/06 (June 12th) and they mail out the tax bill in the first week of October. We should see the current owner by November for sure.
