Judging by how he was looking in the latest video I would think his next move will be into a nursing home. To his credit though, looking like a bloated talking corpse is goth as fuck, trust and believe.

Well, if Clint really bought the trailer this is truly the endgame. He’s not going to save up enough for a real place, and he’s usually comfortable wherever he is as long as he doesn’t need to worry about rent or monthly payments being too much, and this is the easiest option for Clint as well, even if he is evicted he can theoretically pay someone to move it to a different lot. Jessica can make the place messier like her parents place but unless her hoard starts to extend outside the home he shouldn’t have to worry about eviction because of her loud ass fits all the time. I’m just hoping he doesn’t stay cooped up inside forever and we get some trailer park homeboys, TMDWU.
 
I'm so glad that trailer arc has started off with smoking indoors. I really wanted him to eat a food hack/review since that's how he ushered in the other apartment, but that was just wishful thinking on my part.
Would door dashers even attempt to deliver to a trailer home? I don't have any frame of reference so I'm just imagining that the dashers would shy away once they figure out that they're driving into some dirt road filled filled with the whitest trash imaginable.

Depends on the landlord but trailer parks are somewhat notorious for being the rental of last resort for the dregs of society so who knows.

Realistically if the landlord has enough issue with you to want to kick you off the lot, the mutually best option for both of you at that point is for you to sell the trailer to a new owner. You get the value of the trailer back, landlord gets a new tenant. The landlord can effectively compel this by telling you they won't renew your lease unless you sell it, at which point your least worst option is to sell. Since the trailer can't really be moved, you don't have any other options. That's kinda the rub with any leasehold situation, you can always be kicked off the land and hence the 'value' of the property that sits on it takes that into consideration.

Even with properly constructed houses you tend to find the ones situated on leasehold don't receive the maintenance investment commensurate with one sitting on freehold land. The structure isn't as much of an asset worth preserving when it sits on uncertain ground, and the value when you sell out is much lower.

Assuming the last owner of Cobes' new digs didn't die in there, possibly they got kicked off and had to sell.

i hope his dad has outfitted this place with fire extinguishers, and has instructed him on how and when to use the damn things....all it takes is for him to pass out with a cig in his hand, and thats it. other than that, its a nice little place, hes very lucky to have family to help him out, although understandably, its probably more of an effort to keep him away from the do over family.

His neighbors are really close. The lot is rented. If he becomes a nuisance with multiple complaints he can still be evicted. This clocktrailer dream house may not be such a dream, more of a nightmare, after all. I imagine if he gets kicked again his options amount to... dare I say it... forgive me skygod, gRouPHomE?

I don't under estimate Jessica's ability to be antagonistic and spiteful. She could destroy his living situation in a weekend. Imagine if Cobes immediately gets noise complaints, doordash complaints, police response complaints, and then he or Jessica go to jail. If he has elderly/square neighbors I could totally see him being evicted from his lot.

This park may have LESS patience than Conquistador/pronghorn. The people are sardine packed in there.

Would he just wheel his home into the forest/desert?

I can't imagine Clint will have much patience for shenanigans after 2 evictions. Especially after experiencing the bog under his own roof recently. Could you imagine Josh as YOUR house guest? Remember how filthy and greazey he was at the end of his stay in nip dunge?

I like the trailer buuuuttttttt I'm worried about his new neighbors and am especially concerned about the hagraven(constant state of squish)'s extended presence. If any dark funky magic could fuck him out of his home it's a NAL's.

Casper only has one police department. There’s not another agency. It’ll be the same group of cops and he’s a known person in their records. It’ll only be a matter of time before they learn where he now resides.
 
With the indoor smoking room comes the possibility of marathon streams again. Without the need to go outside to fire one up, we're going to see drunk naps, coming to realizations, going back to sleep, etc etc. Etc. Every time he's ended a stream after partying it's because he's gone outside to smoke and come back in. We are about to be in a content. Tsunami

Consensus is that shit seems bleak as fuck. Remember how cocky he was when he moved into the Conquistador? This stream was completely devoid of any of that braggadocio. The weird-ass muting, the exceptionally greasy and unwashed appearance, and the overall lack of excitement over having a place to live again gives off dark vibes.

I am somewhat convinced that he doesn’t have a trailer to himself. He is someone’s roommate, and he gets two tiny little rooms to use. Otherwise, why wouldn’t he be streaming from that weird combo living room/kitchen area that RVs and trailers have? Why is he cordoned off in two rooms, one of which appears to have no windows? Why is he being so demure and seemingly defeated?

Something isn’t 100% with this. He seems incredibly bummed about the situation. New PO box also suggests, as I thought originally, that he’s moved further out of town.

I also think the weird parrot lamp and bookshelves came with the place, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, I haven’t been this excited for anything in ages.

If I had to leave my home because of domestic disputes with a methwhore, i'd be pretty upset too. He'll cheer up eventually, he isn't mentally capable of any sustained depression I think

It's not too bad - Roadway on two sides (15m) and hill/grassway behind (10m), so just the neighbor directly south that's close (5m). Trailer's probably gonna have thinner walls than an apartment though, unless they wrap them thick for those cold Casper high country winters...
Since I've got the measuring stick out - Ya boy is a mere 300 meters from a nearby burger joint and a measly 600 meters from the nearest Taco Bell. He doesn't even need DoorDash, they're real close.

Hopefully he does. He seemed to do a lot better mentally when he was actually getting a little bit of exercise. Also, actually going out means more bog adventure stories.

To keep the boy safe he needs a heap of little fire extinguishers the size of coke cans in bandoliers crisscrossed all over his body at all times. Some activated by pulling a ripcord, some detachable to point and spray like a cobra, and some remotely activated by Clint the troles firefighters monitoring his status 24/7. So mote it be.
 
So in all honesty, the trailer is kind of nice. 3BR/2BA is probably way more than most of the Reddit fags who torment him have, so I expect them to be seething right now. Now obviously, he isn't going to keep it nice, but we can at least hope that the bug kingdom throne has been discarded. Can't imagine Clint would let that biohazard into the new den.

I am genuinely happy for him as weird as that sounds, and I really hope he gets to enjoy this place for a while before the Reddit cunts start fucking with him again.
