He doesn't run the risk of hurricane, or tornados, but I've never heard of a strong storm wrecking them without trees around.

I think the fire risk is the real worry.

The catch is that they depreciate in value overtime as opposed to a house which increases in value. Lot rent can also be a bitch, and your landlord can increase it whenever; but, the other side to that is it usually includes nearly all utility bills.

Some of them are well built, others are cheap and need frequent maintenance, and I'm going to guess his is on the cheaper side given the 30k price tag it sold for. Between jawshies smoking and his bog queen's love of the swamp, I'm gonna give it 5 years before it rots from the inside out.
 
What is sound proofing like in those things. Those are right next to each other. This mongoloid screaming with his smoking window open about wellness checks and tampons people doordash to him. Or just shouting at his cobra staff that he trips on. Neighbor war arc might be possible. And indeed eviction from the lot.

i guess the plan is now that cobes lives in the trailer forever and when/if the troles door dashing antics get to be too much of an issue clint will simply pay to get the trailer moved to a new lot. thats honestly a pretty good idea if that is the case. the best case scenario is that part of the reason it took so long for the move to happen is because the trailer has already been moved to an entirely different lot.

this reads like clint saw how much he was drinking and told him to chill. but honestly josh has never seemed like much of a drinker to begin with. he just does it cause he thinks it makes him look cool and because people door dash him so much alcohol he drinks it out of spite or something.

oh yeah trailers are cheap as fuck depending on the location and if you own the trailer you can put it anywhere you want. you do not even need to live in a trailer park you could just find a spot in the woods and set down a platform to put the trailer on and live there as well.

the catch is that trailers require general upkeep and are usually made from very cheap materials which means you are beyond fucked in the event of a tornado or even a strong enough wind storm.

they can also suffer from mold issues and pretty much anything a regular house can deal with. the main issue being a trailer wont put up with it for nearly as long as a house would. so if you have a leak in a trailer you either fix it instantly or enjoy your floor rotting out from under you.

there is also the fact that trailers are a death trap in the event of a fire or a gas leak. most trailers or at least the ones i have seen have a door on both ends for this very reason. so overall it really comes down to the age of the trailer and how well it was made. this one seems to have been made in 2000 so its still pretty good. but i am sure the bog aura will slowly begin to decay everything in no time.
 
If Clint had any balls he would just stop paying for Cobes internet and phone internet. He would not know how to setup autopay and would just not be able to stream due to being retarded.

Instead, he’s constantly going to be fearing what stupid shit internet trolls will do because his baby boy won’t stay off YouTube

I grew up in a manufactured home and the walls in them can be pretty thin, so he'd be fucked if he had roomates. Neighbors shouldn't be too bothered though until he plays guitar or really starts shouting.
 
Jealous of the Bogcave that shit would cost over a million dollars where I live. Guess the trade off is I live somewhere nice whereas that’s a trailer park in middle of nowhere Wyoming
