What's interesting is the Trojan House is owned by Tanis "et vir" (and husband, literally "and man") in the property records. With that wording it implies it's originally her house but Clint was added as joint owner after marriage, not the other way around.

Most likely he sold his own home after getting married and moved in with her because it was a better option for the family. A guy I work with did the same thing, he kept the other property as a rental though. Maybe that's where Cobra is going...

However, I'm inclined to believe Clint didn't own his own home previously because of how much they moved around early in Josh's life. Wyoming and ND were pretty stagnant economically and lost population for a good chunk of the 80s and 90s due to the oil price crash so it'd be hard to sell a home there.

The issue I have with Raxxo is that he's the epitome of a one trick pony. Once you've seen one Cyraxx freakout, you've seen them all. I watched the grease wizard video on him a while back, and I was pretty entertained, but he's never really been able to hold my attention since. He's the fucking CoD of lolcows, just the same slop in a slightly different package, released over and over.

Plus his community of buddy trolls, turd pokers, and weens are some of the most colossal faggots I've ever encountered. I unironically hate Music Biz Marty more than Raxx, because the attic goblin can't really help it: he's a profoundly regarded 3rd generation pedophile and FAS creatura, fucker never had a chance and should have just been put out of his misery. Marty on the other hand doesn't have the excuse of being a tard, he is 100% responsible for his faggotry.
