She could also just be in complete denial where she doesn't even want to acknowledge it herself.

If she's gone 30+ years without him in her life, and she thought it was all behind her, it's probably pretty jarring to have obnoxious strangers suddenly bombarding you about this shameful thing from your past seemingly out of the blue.

Also, she might not have even told her current husband she had a child in her past and she could be trying to keep it a secret from him. That could explain the vague responses she's made for plausible deniability (ie, feigning confusion, "I'm his step-mother" referring to her stepson Josh, or "I think the last name was Saunders" to appear clueless). She can't outright say "I'm not Josh's mom," because even that shows a level of familiarity with the situation.

Something like this could cause a lot of upset in a marriage, especially if she previously lied/mislead about not having children.

its also possible she actually does not remember him or clint at all. if she is why cobes has the various issues he does its possible shes just done so much and been around so many other guys that the fact that she was married to clint and had a real son named josh and not just a step-son could have been erased from her brain more and more as she aged till she got to this point.

She did outright say "No" in a comment when asked if Josh Saunders is her son in her 2nd video.

It's been discussed here already, but I'm guessing Laurel was incapable of raising a child for whatever reason and just blocked it out of her memory like it doesn't exist now. These people are slow-in-the-minds.

I've noticed a lack of NAL updates (not that I'm complaining) recently, has she just not been streaming/streaming less? Or is there actually some distance between them now and she doesn't bring him up as much/at all anymore?

Surely if they broke up (for real), Jessica's vindictive ass would be on a "pity me, men are assholes" tirade not unlike what we've seen in the past when she "breaks up" with him on stream. You KNOW she would at the very least say something to the effect of "I guess that ring didn't mean anything, hello"

It's just, that she streams on her private instagram and doesn't really accept new followers there. And yes, it's boring.
They are very much in close contact still, Cobra seems to send her food nearly daily or every other day.

Last night after 2 am, after allegedly speaking on the phone to him for 3 hours, she made a very wasted last hour of streaming while sit-dancing to music only she could hear over her headphones, howling and growling.
You know she's really drunk, when Hammerfall: "Dreams come true" and Robin S: "Show me love" are repeatedly listened and squeakily sung to.

Other topics were Chantal's beauty, her own ugliness, Joshiiee, and Joshiie again.

It’s possible that when they had the kid she saw he was fucked up. Big ass lips, eyes pointing in different directions, not doing well on tests, development, etc.

She could have noped out of that, not wanting to spend her life with a retarded kid.

It also would explain why Clint got custody and Cobes hates her. You know Clint wouldn’t say why, just some vague shit about her not wanting to be around to whatever closeted homosexuals tell their kids.

Clint and Laura had an exhaustive legal battle over Cobra and Clint came out on top because Cobra’s mom is legitimately very mentally unwell. It jives with what Clint and Cobra have said about her, that she’s either in a mental hospital or in a cult. I think she goes by the surname Wittenberg now, she lives somewhere in Cheyenne.

Edit: She is likely so heavily medicated that she doesn’t even know what the fuck is going on half the time.
