People call him that because it's a corruption of "jord", which in and of itself is what some redditors decided his signature looks like it says. "Jord Saundeux".

It's been diminishing returns ever since the second visit. They streamed a lot less plus Jessica showed him how to cover up the camera with a receipt.

I might be reading to much into a situation and taking a bit of liberty in assuming reddit as one identity, but it wouldn't surprise me that ultra materialistic people would have the most resentment for cobra. Think about it, they work hard* and play keeping up with the Jones probably wracking up debt all whilst he's content drinking in a dog chair and getting paid for it.
