A major L for @SeizureRobot5000 in the latest stream, promoting that SaintPuffers bullshit. It’s not even a matter of opinion, that ‘ShitList’ is utter trash. I can’t be bothered with explaining why but anyone who knows what they are talking about regarding Cobes lore, knows that the list is full of misrepresentations of the truth and outright lies… and I can’t fathom how someone like Seizure could praise that worthless shite, it has been an annoying presence ever since ‘SaintPuffers’ first pulled it out of his ass.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't praising the guy for being mad at Cobra... there's nothing special about alogging. It's that he had videos and documentation for every supposed dark deed Josh has done. Concise lists that provide easy access to bits of critical lore are invaluable to me, and honestly I don't mind listening to some absolutely off the rails takes if they're willing to take the time to back up their claims with citations.
I'll say it again, I searched for a VERY long time trying to find evidence of Cobra actually fluffing himself up and rubbing his junk on women, because while so many people were happy to back up the story, nobody could provide receipts. Saintpuffers' list inexplicably provided the only source I could find, and even then it was a clip kept on archive.org. It was nowhere on youtube. I don't agree with how the list says Josh "implied" he rubs his junk on women, but at least we can watch it ourselves and make our own conclusion. The guy saved me a ton of time, and I thank him for it; the whole bit about him fluffing his dong wasn't going to go in the podcast if I couldn't find the clip, and for a good while I thought it wasn't gonna happen.

EDIT: I see the thread that goes over each claim. I think it's totally fine to disagree with how Saintpuffers described the events, he was not being fair in many of them and there's a lot of stuff that is based off of either Josh recounting hearsay or just being a shitty narrator. It's absolutely critical to actually review the clips and make your own decision on these things. If the guys on the sub were reading his list and taking it at face value without actually watching the vids being referenced then that's completely fucked.

"Fantasizes about rape while masterbating" links to a video of Cobes saying "fuck rape fuck rape videos" while watching chatterbate.
"Often wields a shotgun while drunk" he did maybe once or twice in like 10 years?
"Disagrees with the basic concept of consent" literally links to a Walnut grove remix song, a video of him talking about how if he had tits he would never leave his apartment and a video of him saying if someone passes out drunk at a party to not have sex with them.

I wrote the rebuttal and don't blame you for talking about the original shit list in the recent live, you were just shooting the shit on a stream it's not like you were making a documentary and using it as evidence of things Cobra has done or using it as justification for violently hating Cobes.

It's interesting you mentioned the list having the rare evidence of Cobes fluffing himself up at the bar because out of 76 (!!!) links of "evidence" that's one of about five actually legit links. I went through them all and most of them link to totally unrelated stuff or use people like Scrapper Steve and Scotty as sources.

I think that plus a combination of being able to rent the renovated apartment for more is what did him in. Nonrenewal was inevitable but this accelerated it. If the tenants moving into the new apartments are less sketchy, they're also a lot less likely to tolerate a wild king cobra or bog hag causing trouble and noise complaints in their buildings.

A lot of apartments will offer a longer-term lease in exchange for slightly lower rent, so if he had a 18-month lease on the current term and moved originally in late October, that'd put the end of the lease right around late April/early May.
