Unless for some insane reason she wants to take it to court, no, that's just an infraction which is an extremely minor misdemeanor. She'll pay a fine for it and not have to show up for anything. No different from a regular speeding ticket.

Probably an unpopular opinion here, but I'm neutral on reportfags brigading his channel. He'll just move to "doin' his thaaang" on Facebook streams of a few people (all being clip/highlight channels) and the paypigs will have less avenues to throw money at him. There's never been a real shortage of content even in his other temp bans. The worst has come from Methica showing him that after 10 years you can turn off put a post-it note on the webcam and mute the stream. Now we don't get to see or hear him make an ass of himself in front of delivery drivers or his dad.

Isn't Facebook far more strict than youtube? How long do you think a Facebook Cobra would last? I don't see him figuring out Rumble if worse came to worse. Why not just leave Josh alone and enjoy the 'ments?

The only reason I'm putting this here other than a VIB thread is because this is something that NAL is perpetuating to further her own "agenda" (which frankly I have no idea what she is trying to do other than saying "Well if you think I'm bad look at these other people")

So, I think while this is true -- the court did give custody to JM's ex, the actual truth appears to be a little different. I'm not a JM fan by any means but it looks like there have been on and off court "issues" for the two girls for a while, and when Jessica went into the rehab the arrangements were made to give physical custody to the ex, so the girls wouldn't have to change schools and for tax/residence purposes. Whatever faults JM has with her substance problems, I can't fault her here for working out what was best for the kids. The ex and JM appear to now be on good terms anyway judging by the below FB post from November. Also to note NAL has the kids names wrong.
