I think her demon voice is a way to get people to listen to her more so, and it’s when she’s like 30-60% riled up, but she’s honestly just evil and it comes out sometimes.

It’s fascinating I will admit. I haven’t picked up a specific pattern for it or why she does it but I want to know as well.
 
There's a fucking timeline where Josh funded a house for Josh and Chris Chan and they live together, 24/7 Livestreaming.

And we aren't in it.

I keep thinking about a trailer park called The Meadows or The Pasture at Casper and it’s just lolcows in trailers but similar to big brother style cameras. Less Fishtank ideas though, that got old quick.

It’s a noble effort but Clint is the wall that needs to be dealt with. I don’t think he will go for it. Even if he does read Nulls email.

I'm unsure if it's out of @Null 's heart or how much is that he just happens to live in a comfortable state for his future endeavors but if he really wanted to make fantastical money he would start up this show called "How many barnyard animals can you really fit into a Mexican Xanny-shack? Featuring Metokur from his deathbed via link giving insightful commentary. A show for the whole family!

Yeah, lets get Drachenlord a greencard and put him in a house with Cobes, it would be like a mix between Laurel & Hardy and Beavis & Butthead with a language barrier twist, their only way of communication would be making gross greasy food.

Cobes doesn't see himself as a cow though. It would be extremely funny seeing him trying to lord over the others.

Aside from complete laziness I think that's why he never went for fishtank.

If Cobes is on Sec#8/Subsidized housing, Clint would be barred from being his LL. Federal guidelines prevent first degree relatives from providing rental opportunities to family members except for Very Specific exemptions that Must be Necessary and Requires pre-authorization in advance of a new term of contract.
Even if Clint can afford to purchase land/lot, I'm sure he realizes at term of lease the structure would be a Total Loss requiring demolition & recycling. There's no fiscal benefit for him but for, "Property is an Investment"

Renting to a qualified recipient Does come with some Gibs, ie: Weatherization, & Guaranteed monthly contracted payments,

In order for Jorbs to rent a home on the property in perpetuity, a Trust would necessary. Perhaps at the same time KF could register as a 501(c)(4) org (Social Welfare, NON-Profit, Tax Exempt status)
