It's a little out of the way but it's a 10 min drive away from Clint's house so any emergencies or rides needed could be covered easier.

You could also just stick him in the middle of nowhere for 50k. That's a feasible option, Cobra will just spend the day shooting off guns in the woods.

Look at those beautiful multi-family homes across the street from the land. The only thing that would make them better is a boglim shack to look at while having a nice cup of coffee sick drink combo on your front porch before starting the work day. TWU.
