He showed a close up of his warlock before, and it looked like most of the strings were just low e or a strings. I don't think he understands the concept of different string gauges. He also had the low e string bent over the top of his pickups, but that was probably from "shredding" too hard.
That HD camera really brings out the layer of grime on his guitar.
