alcohol abuse can cause swelling in the face at times mainly fluid retention. so it could be that. it could also be his fucked up teeth causing an infection. all i know is once that front tooth gets to the root he is gonna need to get it pulled or just pray it does not get infected and get to the bone.
 
I don’t know why this is a pet peeve of mine but every time he say “John cash’s hurt” it kills me. The song is a cover of hurt by nine inch nails.
