God I love Cobes so much it’s unreal. Everything he does is so unintentionally funny right down to posting videos. His process of cooking noodles broken up into 5 videos or “parts”. One part is almost 30 minutes, the next longest part is 13 and then there’s three parts two of which are less than a minute and one less than 2 minutes. It’s exquisite. Just brilliant.

Also as a bonus in his “trying it” video he says “I let it cool down too long” cobes my brother you left them noodles to cool down overnight.
