I'm 90% sure that the last time he opened the door it was one of his neighbors by the way they were talking, this is probably the regular occurrence of the day for both of them.
 
I'm only osmotically familiar with a lot of this, is Clint or the state actually going to step in at this point or is this just business as usual? This isn't a good thing.

He's an adult, there's nothing they can do short of going to court for an extended period of time. It's a waste of time because courts are reluctant to handwave someone's personal rights and even if they do get control, it's very minimal and not worth fighting for to begin with. This assume his dad even cares enough to do it and its pretty clear that he doesn't, seeing as his retard son is wasting away in a hovel and his only attempt to rectify it is "keep doing you bud, so proud of you."
 
You'd think him getting all those Doordash/wellness checks would've clued him in that his stream wasn't offline. But I guess being blackout drunk tends to complicate things.

If anything will get him canned yelling at his neighbors will. Trolls and random shitheads can be ignored, but when the guy next to you complains to landlord it's a bit different. Especially when it's more than once. He's yelling at the top of his lungs, shit pilling up in the hall, and then cops knocking every weekend. Neighbor is just a nice legit excuse to kick his ass out.

I did find it telling he was saying shit like, "They can't handle cobra being cooler than them...". He thought the stream was over, so that is shit he really believes. That people watch him and are annoyed that he's so fucking cool. Best thing for us is he forgets he is streaming and we get to see the real him.

You're thinking of California or something (and I'm probably talking to someone else who was talking about eviction because obviously they can't lock him up). This is Wyoming (and they'd have an easy time evicting him if they wanted but the authorities couldn't just lock him up because it's a very pro-freedom state). It's pretty easy to get rid of a tenant. That said, if he isn't gone already he has the kind of landlord who caters to losers like him and they might not even want him gone. So far as I know, his rent is effectively paid for him. Of course we don't know for a fact this is a completely normal level of meltdown for him. It's the worst we've seen though.

This pertains to power of attorney. Him getting kicked out, very easy, happens a lot over much less.

Im pretty sure its more of an absentee manager. They probably have 1 manager dealing with multiple complexes given the size of Casper
