Cobra's only crime is that he's just really stupid, he doesn't really understand the world he lives in and he's an alcoholic. If it's distressing for people who care about him, sure, but it's not an actual reason to send cops to his house with guns drawn or to cause him this much bullshit. He's just trying to get his dick sucked and he's trying to drink some booze, that's not a crime homie
