Holy shit. That looks like an absence seizure and that is not good if so. Common causes include Stroke, or a mini-stroke called transient ischemic attack; Dementia, or loss of brain function, such as Alzheimer's disease; Traumatic brain injury; Infections in the brain; Brain problems you are born with; or perhaps, a Brain tumor. He may be in a lot worse health than we think. He may have permanently and irreversibly damaged his brain with alcohol. If I’m convinced of one thing now it’s that cobra is going to die of an alcoholism induced ailment and we may be getting close.

It's hereditary and triggered by alcohol says Wikipedia. Maybe he got it from his mom if Clint's side is clean of that.
 
Yeah he's had his weird twitching fits for as long as I've been watching him, 5 or 6 years now. I remember they'd get really bad when he'd hang out with Warlord, which always made me wonder what exactly they were getting up to off-camera. Probably the substance abuse catching up with him. Also his awful diet and sleep schedule almost certainly contribute to them.
