He was just very honest about his problems and very self-aware of them, he was willing to speak about them to some degree. More willing to speak about his past now, less likely to be thrown into a gender relations vortex of bullshit. Back to making wands again when there was no financial motivation, he knows he's gunna pull himself out of debt with donations and he's almost out of it. I think he had two days of actual, real sobriety aside from some Four Loko thing, which is negligible considering how fuckin' hammered he is all day. He's been more...agitated over very stupid things, normally he can brush it off.
Looks like there's some small effort/improve going on there since the arrest. The stream before the Vodka Challenge one was very fucky, he was not behaving normally and in a good way. That and him mentioning that he's speaking to someone makes me think there's some minor, incremental improvement going on.

Absolutely boggles the mind (no pun intended) that he continues to do this day after day, week after week. Clint needs to step in and put overdraft protection on his card so it just gets declined, no money no doordash. He knows he can rack up a huge bill and then just go live and get money thrown at him. It does make me curious what would happen if he had access to a credit card.
I'm pretty sure the ability to be overdrawn and continue to withdraw into a deeper negative balance is overdraft protection. It has the possible use of ensuring that routine things like bills get paid so you only have to deal with consequences (fees) from your bank instead of whatever you're billed for. Of course this means that the Boglim can overdraw on his routine Doordash orders instead of rent. But without overdraw protection everything would just be declined, which I'm sure Clint enabled it to stop Cobes from whining.

Oddly that's something I've heard from a lot of people less smart than Josh, there is this idea that's oddly pervasive amongst people of low intellect who think they are smarter than they are especially when they "know" there is a problem like autisim that they are smarter than a doctor.
I'm not saying that Psychologists an Therapists are some kinds of mirical workers here far from it, but in some situations like the one Josh finds himself in now i.e. Alcohol and Drug using to cope with reality they can help, the kind who'd be best for Josh are not the one's who instantly reach for the prescription book but slowly nudge and implant ideas small ones at first that will make him think it's his own idea to not drink today, or that today might be the good day to take a shower etc.
I mean right now I am at my folks with my Fiance and I've had a few of Josh's more linguisitc moments playing and they have come in asking that I'm not drinking and showed them Josh (good speekers are a curse at times), they know I'm not drinking but the sounds of a drunken regard, who thinks he can sing and lack of volume control kinda make them worried.
