Could be utilities? I don’t know if it’s included. I know some places only present the bill after a few months and it is right after winter.

I’m still thinking it’s a cheap iPhone.

That is what I was thinking. Electric won’t turn your power off during the winter, and knowing cobra, he would have just let his bill keep growing until they gave him a final notice. Can’t wait for the powerless saga.

Wyoming has some COVID assistance package if you cannot pay bills like utilities. I have no clue if Cobes is eligible, seeing how he already lives in HUD house (I think he does). Being a tard, I imagine it would be pretty difficult to corner him into paying utility bills out of his own pocket.

Can you spend money on Chatubate or any porn sites he frequents? I know that motherfucker is capable of spending cash on some e-whore, trying to win her affections.

He hasn’t gone to Clint, so that may be an indicator… that or daddy refused.
 
I'm also thinking it's utilities related. Timing lines up. Is he conniving enough to say it's for bills but actually get a phone? I know he will spend the money on booze once he gets it, but I don't think there's any planning or foresight involved.

I want to know what's he's done to it, Wood Lathes are incredibly simple mechanically a Spindle, Belt and Motor. It's likely something incredibly simple and easy to fix but he's just saying it's broke without doing any investigation.

It's likely a stuck belt. where it's jumped over the spindle cone or something very simmilar he could fix in seconds.
 
A lathe that small, that cheap, in a boglim's den? Never receiving basic maintenance? So much could have gone wrong with it

Wyoming is a red state aka almost no public assistance. The programs are more likely gone and cobra wouldn’t known/wanted them anyway. He was just happy drinking piss beer and let the bills pile up.
 
His "handler(s)" need to get together with his "management team" and figure out how much he needs and then use their collective seven brain cells to come up with a way to crowdfund the amount. Can we get a poll going of running guesses on why he needs $834? All the fan theories are wild; The writers must be working overtime for the episodes leading up to the season finale.
