I’m surprised he hasn’t injured himself while drunk. When I used to drink heavily, I used to joke going out to drink wasn’t much different then getting robbed: I would wake up injured with bumps and bruises and an empty wallet.
Cobes is writing a story called Dragon Cobra which is about a mad scientist named Jason Stonewell who is trying to create the perfect snake and battles the government who tries to stop him. Sounds like a future best seller I cant wait to read.

I'm English with a rather distinctive accent but can pass as most others if I try at least in the north west, but finds most American attempts at the more regional accents grating, Cobes tries for a old brummy accent but he just sounds odd like he's not American or English at best at worst (when he's drunk) he just sounds like a yank trying to do a accent.

He seems like someone I knew when I was a alcoholic who was also a alcoholic who also had a underlying medical condition with nerve transmission that was made worse with alcohol use, but he's developed exadurated precision when most people are pissed they try to compensate by being over precise in there movements Alcoholics also develop this but also do it when sober, if you watch him you can see him doing it.
I don't think cobes realises just how bad he is when it comes to bodily awareness, when your isolated for a period of time your personal standards tends to slip - Cobes isn't just socially isolated but he's unaware of how isolated he is and when he is being social its with people much like himself so that makes it seem more normal if he's not showerd for a day or two (or more) and he doesnt realise that he may stink and his cloaths do have a stink so they can't be reworn and need more than just a quick wash, they need a very good wash and boil cycle at that.
As for injury he likely has but he's been so pissed when he's done it he's not noticed and it's so far been at a level of bad scrapes and bruses, Unless he's going for a Beer or Food he doesn't seem to leave the house so that cuts down on the risk a bit, when he's pissed at home and trodding the same ground he's a bit more sure footed and knows where he can grab for support.
