I just checked and mine says 720p (M1 Air) the only ones with a 1080p webcam are the Macbook Pro models and the iMac line does as well but I'm not sure if that's across the board.

That's the thing, Josh doesn't have to worry about things like rent or even food thanks to the government check and his family so he gets to spend all of his (not unreasonable) donations and proceeds from wand-making on $50 Domino's artisan pizzas and $10 cans of beer.
He also lives in an apartments complex that has a food-bank on site that he'd be able to access thanks to being low income if he'd really wanted to.
Back when he was still monetized on youtube he managed to waste his whole check (over $1000) on stupid stuff within less then a week.
