The more I've listened to Cobra's music the more I'm convinced it falls into outsider art like The Shaggs and Wesley Willis.

Objectively his skill, technique, theory and sense of taste are all subpar. Celebrating the brief glimpses of potential is the same as applauding a dog for accidentally barking a perfect interval.

It's a shame because if he actually sat down, pushed his ego aside and started practicing slowly I think he would show significant improvement relatively quickly but that requires self discipline from someone who doesn't even brush their teeth regularly. He falls into the trap of "if I play enough notes fast it'll sound impressive" when he can't even play the melody for Star Bangled Banner consistently.

You also have to remember it comes down to choice; some of his "solos" remind me of Kerry King except Kerry King makes a conscious decision to create atonality and dissonance; Cobra does it because it's one of the only tricks up his sleeve.

I will say that it does make me smile when he's having fun with it though, shit's wholesome as fuck. Just a shame it's in a state of arrested development like every other aspect of Cobra's life.

He seems locked into his skill level. You see that with guitarist, they get a routine of little bits of guitar work they like to do over and over again. Cobes always does his deep chug into bends, then his strange slide (I think he means to sound like shredding) picking, then some deep chugs for a while. Then messes about with some open chord type picking, It's not really arpeggio. Then of course the tapping, the same baby taps everyone learns. Then something about gender relations.

He could make a video where a fan gives him money and a song to learn on guitar. Nothing out of his range (fuck off stabwound), and he streams him learning and trying to play. Can do that drunk, might be funnier. He needs to do more than bitch about his lack of sex.

I don't think he's mentally capable of doing much else besides recycling the same couple of thoughts (sickos, troles, dry spell) over and over again

Since one of the earliest crossover of fandoms to come into the Cobraverse were Delray Misfits fans, I imagine they'd love Cobes to have a Jason Genova era. Unfortunately, he's just not as extroverted and willing to be the goof. He's got the beg for money part down.

Ever since Josh was placed on that IP2 list and we had the exodus of Pisstroopers come over, the retard shenanigans started. Sending him stuff has always kinda been a staple and I don't really begrudge it, it's not my money that's getting wasted so I don't give a fuck, but it takes a special kind of faggot to send Josh a can of duster knowing full well what he's going to do with it. I don't really understand watching a mentally retarded man burn what little brain cells he has left for your amusement.

I hope the people who think this is le epic ween get hung from a tree.

It's pretty amazing he still remains relatively thin with the crap he eats and the booze he drinks. And he doesn't even ride bike anymore, so he can't say that. His face is definitely continuing to get more bloated though, but he's always had a round, unfortunate face.

I'm pretty sure the only calories he consumes are the ones he drinks and eats on camera, I somehow don't think he can spend that kind of money for delivery on every meal, and I doubt he cooks outside of his youtube "food hacks". He most likely just doesn't really eat off camera. (when you only consume alcohol it can be a very good appetite suppressant)
 
Ate one sandwich and put the rest in the fridge with the leftover pizza he doordashed a day ago lmao.

I loved the daves famous bowl call back. That original stream was the hardest he's ever made me laugh. So many of his funniest moments have come from his KFC videos.

I've noticed cobes has mentioned it's his birthday month a couple times already. Real teenage girl mentality.

Hope he celebrates the month by not working so hard. Its been a hard 11 months of doing nothing.
