Listening to Clint talk about Cobes' relationship with music, thanking people for making Cobes a real rockstar, made me pick up an instrument I haven't played in years and play a couple chords. Even if it's out of tune.

The contrast between this and Kirk's funeral is very striking. They're both legitimate, but it's striking. I've never, NEVER seen a celebration of life this intimate before.

It's been bone dry here for weeks, but today the temperature dropped, it started thundering really good, and the rain finally came; a perfect day for today.
 
Okay when I heard Clint talking about how proud Cobes felt that he officially became a rockstar thanks to Deathbed Records, especially after how badly he got treated his whole life.....bro I just got hit with a potent emotional combo of happiness and sadness.
 
Imagine your family knowing and loving you enough to be able to create such a tribute, let alone executing it so superbly. They’re not done loving Josh and never will be.
