Exactly, most group homes don't even allow alcohol use let alone drugs. They wouldn't allow him to do 90 percent the shit he does, so no food hacks, drink combos, duster huffing or Angies pills.

He'd also be made to shower and see mental health services
 
On one hand it seems very white and large (as in normal tooth sized) to be one of Josh teeth since they all seem to be highly degraded and stained/infected. On the other hand it clings too loud when it hits whatever it hits and falls too fast to be a chip. I can't explain the size of it, maybe teeth are just bigger at the root than I expect, but I think the 'whiteness' of the tooth can be explained as being from the angle and colour of the light on it combined with the quality of the video and Josh did indeed lose one of his teeth on camera.
 
I definitely think it's just a chip. Right when it first falls off you can see it turn to the side and see how flat it is. But it would be absolutely hilarious if it were a tooth lol

Yeah that's the one thing giving me pause, the impact sounds way more dense than you'd get from a potato chip.

I agree, I'm almost convinced it's a tooth. The clink sounds like something similar in size and weight to an M&M candy. If it was a chip, especially an original lays I would expect a much less resonant sound. You can also see what appears to be some roots sticking up just before it falls. I think the fact that it looks large could be chalked up to some forced perspective due to him holding the sandwich right up to the camera lens, and that it appears to have come out intact with the root. As far as the color goes, I think that could be attributed to the lighting of the room and the shitty camera quality/motion blur. That's really the only reason I'm holding any doubt.

Either way it seems like the dentures arc is coming soon toobs, TMDNWU!

As much as I can't wait to see the various comedic situations that false teeth Cobes can provide, having full dentures is actually a decent amount of maintenance. Cobes can barely remember to change a shirt, I don't know how he would ever be compliant with the a denture routine. Even the process of getting dentures is somewhat involved and usually involves multiple visits of pre-care and aftercare. They would first have to pull his remaining shit gobblers, then he would have to return for fitting, and finally, he would need a follow-up for adjustments.

Again, I really would like to see some interesting dental hijinks that Cobes can get into with a legit pair of dentures. Sadly, my prediction is a straight up toothless arc.
 
We actually got some Cobra content for Easternoth. Something to speculate on other than the usual brainloop shit. I'm really not sure what it was that fell and hit the plate at this point. The evidence is all over the place. That thing was way too white to have been one of his teeth but chips and bacon chunks don't clink like that when they fall onto glassware.

No drunken livestreams or crashouts though because he's boring now, and will continue to be boring until the glass tapping dies down.

Could also be stale bread, if you drop a crouton on a plate it clinks like that.
