You're right, but I really don't think he has the willpower to take the necessary steps for that to happen. He'd likely have to be on an antibiotic cycle prior to extraction so that his swollen gums can even be worked on in the first place. Then, I doubt it would be as easy as just throwing some dentures in there. Having to get bone graft surgery is pretty common for cases like this because the infection will deteriorate the jaw bone so bad, that you can't even fit dentures. And I imagine most people don't go as long as he has with a rotten, infected mouth like this. It would probably be a multi week process, and he wouldn't be allowed to smoke or eat shitty doordash food. Clint can only hold his hand so much. I really think he'd choose death over changing his routine, even for a couple weeks.

They would have to put him into a healing coma for the whole process, otherwise he'll fuck it up.
Also antibiotic may wreck his body, breaking the balance in his three-stooges syndrome

There’s the Now it’s a party documentary which is sort of a spiritual successor to Gothic King Cobra. It’s nowhere near as good as it but I admire that he tried to emulate his style by not having any commentary whatsoever. My main issue with it was the editing and how some of scenes were completely uncut like the various food challenges. It also didn’t help that almost every scene in the documentary was just him doing something that they laid for. He actually did a recut version that cut those scenes down but I haven’t watched it. I think Trapped is just far more talented than him. I really liked all of the shots of his nasty apartment and when that regular guy was reacting to him doing the spicy wings challenge. The scene of him watching Gothic King Cobra in the same liquor store as the documentary was pretty tragic just to see how much he has degraded. I think the real problem was that Josh at that time was really starting to isolate so he really was going to be that interesting to film.

Trapped said in that Q&A he did that a modern documentary on Josh wouldn’t be interesting because it would lack his childlike charm but I sort of disagree. I think if you did another documentary back when he was still at his first apartment it would have still been interesting to see him try to manage adulthood and interacting with all of the wacky characters in the Cobraverse.

When you drink everyday the alcohol makes you dehydrated 24/7 and you end up having permanent cottonmouth. It's so bad that it can make you gag simply from the sensation of having a desert dry mouth and it doesn't help that Cobra avoids water like the plague but only drinks extremely sugary drinks. On top of that the fucking retard drinks high caffeine energy drinks which is also a diuretic so he's pissing any fluids he does end up consuming. That extreme dry environment behind his fish lips is basically supercharging the bacteria in his cavities because there's no saliva in there to wash away the food bits or neutralize the acidity in his mouth.
