I still stand by Justice being the Casper PD, or if you're going heavily into the "Consequences have actions, peeimp" side, the hat acting cute.
Hermit being about either isolation or soul-searching makes me think of Josh's Guitar Insites, but that doesn't really help much. How exactly do you represent insight for a person who lacks even foresight?
The moon being about illusion, repressed emotion, fear, anxiety, etc., I still think represents Jessica the best. Jessica isn't the ultimate symbol of evil in my mind, merely a torrent of chaos.
