Didn’t he mix up the sweet tea and the regular tea on like 5 different occasions? Also I seem to remember him getting hammered in between shifts and just sleeping straight through them. Or the time he showed up late in essentially black face from his hair dye lol. But yes it was really gay for that guy to go out of his way to try and get cobes fired.

Honestly I could be completely wrong. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cobes. Maybe it was more just him forgetting about shifts or sleeping through them.

That's what happened in the hair dye video, he was supposed to come in but forgot about it until they called him. Then kept dyeing his hair.
 
His smoking and drinking are all tied to his ODD and his mental maturity which is around 15 years old. Drinking, smoking, being a vague image of a rock star, letting the worst woman on the planet fuck you so you can "get laid", partying on the weekend (even though he has no job). All things that many teenage boys fantasize about before they grow up and learn better.

I genuinely believe NAL got Cobes to choke and hit her during sex so that she'd have blackmail material against him. And being as literal as Cobes is he won't deny 'choking and hitting her' because he technically did, just in a completely different context than is being presented.

That's exactly what happens. It's on camera during his birthday, she bum rushed him and he pushed her away. She's confrontational and insane. Because Josh spritzed a little alcohol on her she got naked and decided to scream at him for 2 hours while recording him secretly for trolls on discord, completely naked. While I don't think it's impossible, I don't believe it unless I see it.
