He's been hanging out with banjo bill for around 6 years now. He was the one that briefly stole the smoker's pole iirc.

Banjo Bill made an appearance in a video giving Cobes a ride if I’m not mistaken. Cobra was filming from inside somebodies car and that person is heard at the start telling Josh not to put him on camera. He also showed up the day of the “Well, a lot’s up, Josh” call he swung by to give cobra cigarettes and liquor to console him about getting evicted.

Yeah, he's made a few appearances. Banjo Bill's brother is the other random guy in that weird egg video Darf made with Cobes. Also, I was just looking up the Breaking plates with Banjo Bill and Dave video, and noticed NAL commented on it 5 months ago. The video is 2 years old, so she most likely searched his name to find this video. I didn't even consider him as a local point of contact for NAL, but now I gotta wonder... :thinking:
