Yes, she's just 40+ and looks fake because she tries to dress like a teenager and thinks her "how do you do fellow kids" act convinces anyone.

Her special mental illness is anorexia. She's so sensitive to it that she made it a really bad game mechanic.

Was going to post this exact thing. Kimberly at least has some marketable skills. Nora literally has nothing but her spam bots that she considers "art". I could see Nora learning some rudimentary game engine skills and producing a shit game of nothing but spam bots yelling at you or something.
