I was checking out the ToS for the service and I don't think Ralph has even thought about reading through it.

The one about annoying or causing anxiety seems to be extremely vague and could cause a lot of problems for Ralph, aside from that most of it seems pretty standard (which would already be a problem for Ralph), but the situation seems more bleak when put together with this:

Anyway, they also mention copyright a lot, and not putting anything on the site to which you don't own the copyright, probably just to cover their own asses but a potential problem for the Tucker Carlson restream hour.

Ralph seems to have done the minimum amount of work required and the service doesn't seem like it would be anywhere close to being ready for use.
I wonder if it will ever go anywhere or just be another one of Ralph's many half finished projects.

This is why you don't use boiler plate anything. Assuming the devs are also hosting this, I would check out their terms of service and acceptable use policies.

If this somehow got on the apple store, it'll be gone at the first report of inappropriate content with a link to various splc pages defining hate symbols. You can get any nonfunctional spyware installer on android stores as long as it doesn't hit the news, though

I heard a screaming fat Canadian say that Ethan is charging $80/month for this. While that seems like a joke, Ethan is also a greedy fat pig, so... does anyone actually know how much the fruit of Gator's sweat costs?

come to think of it shouldnt kill-stream be hyphenated? feels better to hyphenate it since otherwise you kinda lose the value of having "kill" in the title by having it merged with stream and separating it leaves for a proper noun made up of two ultra generic things without an identity crafted around making either or both of the words its own

Definitely not. He has the custom icon and probably 100+ videos hosted already, unless they are just jpeg images with nothing behind, which means he's running a scam.

Checking my older downloads, each file is 3GB for the best resolutions. This means he's hosting at least 500GB worth of his drivel already.

This app is useless when you have a guntguard sniping every show and most of the top streams people give a a shit about (Boulder, Reiketa interview with tonka snipe, Healstream, Pillstream, Halsey v Trazarach and even debate stream) are already archived and some even animated (Boulder Stream) most viewers will only watch that 4 hour snore fest once and no-one gives a shit about rand and warski to pay 79.99 to watch shit they get on odseyee and kaz's snipes.

It was a trash fire for different reasons, mainly having to do with conflicts of interest, perceived nepotism, and all around general murkiness with TOS and overall transparency of management for the service.

A lot of the hubub arose specifically due to PPP and others questioning Dax's integrity and the security of the service itself. If it wasn't seemingly haphazardly thrown together (i.e. not hosted on a wordpress package and with concise explanation as to operation procedure) I'd wager it would be regarded more leniently. Null even vouched for it insofar as being a viable revenue source.

At least with NP2 we had a general idea as to who and what the service offered was. This "network" that Ralph has hitched his wagon to is a complete mystery when it comes to who's running it and what their specific infrastructure is.
