I did him a favour and printed out all his tweets about Black Lives Matter because they show he's a strong, principled man not afraid to stand up for what he believes in and I think the local white gangs in prison will really respect him for it when I mail it to all their known members.

If I was that bored FBI guy I'd have half a mind to write down on my report that "subject seems to be somewhat unstable and is openly unapologetic and defiant, seems to have a tendency to try to always escalate things in his reactions". I'd also have half a mind to believe I'd be doing a good job while at it too - even if he is a cuck and low-threat, I'm pretty sure that once someone is being investigated by the FBI and becomes confrontational about it, it would be better to keep a very keen eye on him for a while.
I mean, while you're investigating someone, the thing you want to see, ideally, is the guy genuinely admitting and understanding that his actions were in the wrong and put on his best behavior and big boy pants from then on. His recent online activity, on the other hand, is the exact opposite from that - he fucking tweeted a pic after buying a hat that said "I'm not sorry", ffs!
I'm not a law expert but if this weak-ass beyonce-loving excuse for a man is hoping to take on the FBI all by himself, I know which side I'm going to be betting on
