I wake up and this is the first thing to greet my efforts over the week.

Even after my disclaimer that I don't profit from my channel and that I don't mean to harass him, simply mirroring his own, Solid Kent does this.

I wonder when someone will make an animated spin-off of Kent.

Chris Chan already got one. Would be nice to see a Kent animated series on YouTube and because it's parody it can't be pulled down like all the other videos.

here we find kent out on the marina, thinking about his future (life, relationships)
he says its vlog 9, it's really vlog 8
he apologizes for slacking on recent videos, he's just been trying to fight his depression
it's important to recognize that kent, like in seattle, is talking to his camera while actively moving around. it's somehow even weirder here since kent is wandering around a marina at night time monologuing to himself
around 2:40 kent passes a couple having a conversation (he gets quiet while he passes), then when he's walked past he shows us the happy couple on a bench. when kent talks about how every time he goes out in public he sees couples, this is i assume what he's talking about

he tries to show us how nice it is out but his camera is on auto and the reflection in the water (or whatever he wants us to see) doesn't come out at all

"i got a lot of people insulting me" 4:10ish kent talks about some shit going down, but doesn't want to talk about it. he seems to be upset about people telling him to change how he dresses and wants them to "kick rocks." i don't know if this is about us
he keeps saying that he's just gonna "be him." @TJ1000 is this what you were talking about when you told us to LET KENT BE KENT?
he talks about his large number of trolls but he's "doing okay"

7:20ish he goes back into this "people who say they want to help me are really just trying to attack me" kind of talk.

he shouts out three other people making videos very briefly:
- "bryan vlogs" (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPgOLvAtU_Dz0iJJLNpS-QA)
- christopher pope (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3i8OWrptiAxWpfo4Ck-x_Q) **TRUE and HONEST fan**

the first two are unfamiliar faces but evidently other minor characters in the kentosphere.
"jamil can relate to me"

those are the people who kent thinks supports him. everybody else, he's not sure. people are very two-faced.

9:15 kent turns around and goes "heck you starin' at?" and indicates that some guy was staring at him "from behind" him. i don't see anyone.
he's gonna make more videos at night.
 
I always laugh when Kent or Jamil would react to people either staring at them or walking by them whenever they were recording. You're outside, dude, and people are going to look. It just seems weird for them to always get so defensive whenever someone dares to look their way. I understand that they want to film their vids in a tranquil manner, but these people don't need to care.

(Re)building a mirror channel of Solid Kent's videos elsewhere. Already downloaded Vlog #8 (Update what's going on with me) and will add the video when I finally finish uploading everything on the new channel. All that is left to download/mirror is a handful of Kent's gameplay videos, but I doubt I want to download any of Solid Kent's Sports-related videos, as they're a bit... boring?

They are supporters. I haven't seen them give Kent useful advice in the comment section, but they are always leaving him positive and encouraging comments.

Kent doesn't seem too able to handle constructive criticism when it comes to people criticizing him. If your advice counters his beliefs, especially when it relates to Kent himself (e.g. his dressing style), then he automatically perceives it as an attack on his character.

More priceless advice:

- Philko was mentioned by Kent because of some advice concerning clothes
- Philko makes it clear that Kent needs to take on constructive criticism and apply it
- He doesn't sugarcoat things, he's talking to Kent as if he was a man and not a boy
- Kent acts like a whiny bitch and his height ultimately decreases any chance of getting a gf
- He tells Kent that clothing matters, maybe not to all women, but it matters in any area of life
- Philko calls Kent out on the "nice guy" angle.
- Being nice won't get you far. It makes Kent look like a pussy and isn't enough to convince women to like him
- Kent has to stop moaning and bitching. He needs to realize the advice and criticism are to help him develop, not hinder his efforts
- Philko has a friend, named Jason, who came to Russia for two reasons: America's impending collapse and for the Russian women
- Jason hasn't found himself a Russian gf, so he plays Civilization on Steam for hours on end. There's a difference between Kent and Jason: the latter does not complain about anything, so Philko doesn't offer advice

Again, I doubt that Kent will follow any of this.
 
The Kentosphere is like a depressing version of American Pie, but instead of getting into wacky sex-related hijinks, they stammer into video cameras and dress like lawn jockeys.
