So apparently an appeal for an RO is literally just making sure everything was setup properly. So Jonathan wilkins can't make his own case or show evidence. It's just ultimately not how an appeal for an RO is handled. So any talk of him "gathering evidence etc" is useless. Allegedly. Again I'm not a legal expert.

I can't imagine he'll get it appealed but there is a small chance. I personally think it won't happen.

There is no legal basis for an appeal. He is just throwing a tantrum because he doesn't like dealing with the consequences of his actions. His parents didn't whoop his ass enough so he walks around with a sense of entitlement. The 'appeal arc' might be the most entertaining. He will be obliterated again. He doesnt realize he would have to prove that the presiding judge made an error in the procedure of granting Katie the RO. There is no error. The process was followed according to California law. Hell, he even got 2 extra months to get his shit together.

He thinks an appeal is saying, "I disagree with your decision because I can show proof that she doesn't need one!". That is not how the law works. You had your opportunity to show evidence, wigger boy. It turned out to be nothing but trough slop. There is no revisiting evidence in your case with Katie. An appeal is an argument raised about a significant mistake the judge made resulting in her court order. Why am I even explaining this? lol. I want you to go appeal it! More entertainment and coverage for us to have!

Where is the judge's mistake, genius? Remember, the rules you make up for people on the internet hold no weight. They are not above the US Law. Thats something I cant understand either, outside of maybe @Artaius being onto something and he really does have some clause saying he can't get in trouble again or something bad is going to happen.

Katie lives on the west coast and Wigger lives on the east coast. This doesn't affect his daily life in the slightest, he doesn't need to drive a longer route on the way to work, he doesn't need to go to a grocery store that's out of the way or anything similar. All he has to do is not mention someone that wants nothing to do with him or target Kati's family.

The only things I can think of are that there is some legal reason he doesn't want this RO to be left the way it is, he thinks that other people he targets will do the same and take him to court to get him to knock his life-ruination tactics off, or he really is that much of an ego maniac that he can't accept taking an L when he was as in the wrong as someone can get.
