This is me guessing and I've given this theory before: I think he made a deal with a judge in 2019, when he was facing those big boy drug felonies, one of the conditions put in place might've been for Jonathan to stay out of legal trouble or else. Now what "else" could mean, I don't have a clue. But I have seen and heard of judges holding onto these kinds of ultimatums for a long, long time. They do not go away. When a judge says "I better not see you again," they really mean it.

So apparently an appeal for an RO is literally just making sure everything was setup properly. So Jonathan wilkins can't make his own case or show evidence. It's just ultimately not how an appeal for an RO is handled. So any talk of him "gathering evidence etc" is useless. Allegedly. Again I'm not a legal expert.
I can't imagine he'll get it appealed but there is a small chance. I personally think it won't happen.

Claiey and wings are fucking idoits an appeal does not mean he gets to submit new evidence or have a new trial. Its if the court made an error in the law or procedure then a new trial is allowed.
A restraining order is the most common court procedure and its all pretty much rubber stamped. Hes not gonna be granted a new trial and its a massive waste of the courts time.
