That is a shame, I wouldn't mind at least one more issue that at least gave the fans some satisfying closure to the series while also giving them thanks for the 24 years they've been putting out the series at Archie. Instead it's like this....Ken may have had played a small part. But I've got a feeling the sonic comic would have ended sooner or later without his "help". Its a real shame the comic runners were unable to give a proper ending to it though.
There's that hope, I don't care for what they're doing to those comics as it is.Between the cancelation of the Sonic and their mainline series and its countless failed revamps and reboots. Is it safe to say that Archie Comics is bound for the grave within the next couple of years?
Because nobody wants to repeat the same joke they've been doing since 1939!They've been pretty obviously flailing and doomed for years, with shit like killing off Archie in a bizarre, 2edgy4me way that more or less contradicted the general tone of the whole previous run of the comic. Archie was one franchise that certainly flat-out didn't need to try to go Cerebus.
I would say "That poor kid", but knowing Penders, I think those suspicions of him making it all up is a possibility.View attachment 250437
He did what he had to, he sued them for the oc's but not for himself but for the children. the children need his foot fetish art. also some of the replies are pretty good.

Of course no one wants to. The problem is that they're trying too hard in an era where it's too little, too late for them to really break from their established role as "that comic at grocery store newsracks." The death of Archie in one of their spinoffs was really just the sign of things to come, if you ask me.Because nobody wants to repeat the same joke they've been doing since 1939!
I'm surprised he's talking about his book again instead of ranting about Trump and Bernie eating babies or creepy comments about buying underwear for his daughter.that he actually finishes it because I could use the laugh when it inevitably gets scanned and passed around.
It's certainly a pretty slow death, but I guess it was nice while it lasted.Of course no one wants to. It was a quote on either his forum or twitter when asked about a character's skimpy outfit by saying it's not far off from what he buys for her. I'm having trouble finding it as it looks like his site died and I'm not sure how to search through a user's Twitter posts. His daughter underwear? WTF? Any screenshot or link to this?
Riverdale is the only thing keeping Archie alive, and I give that show 3 years tops. It's certainly a pretty slow death, but I guess it was nice while it lasted.
Be interesting if Classic Media ended up with it (it'll go nice with the Harvey Comics IP's they have).Riverdale is the only thing keeping Archie alive, and I give that show 3 years tops.
A better question would be if anyone would actually buy the Archie IPs after their eventual collapse, or if they'll fall into public domain

Well I mean that makes sense, IDW basically have every license under the sun now and the fact is they have more hits then misses, are normally quite good at appealing to fans and tend to make fun reads if you like what it based off of. I mean no way they would want to work shit out with ken, I mean frankly that just a waste of money mostly more then what it cost for the sonic license it self due to his fucking ego. It sad cause that new idw comic will be out while he still "working on" his comic.Speaking of IDW picking up the sonic license
Dose ken really think IDW has any interest in using characters and story lines from a washed up comic artist? No and I bet Sega gave IDW some strict rules to follow for there run of the comic. Like they will most likely be only using Video games characters and Original Characters of own creation. So I going to take it that you have no faith that your magnum opus M̶a̶r̶y̶-̶S̶u̶ Lara-Su isn't going success?

TBH I just like their ghost buster comics, they were pretty fun and that transfromers comic where their on the ship was pretty good but I stop reading when that first crossover event happen and I tried reading the main series to understand what was going on and I could not read that just to understand the one I did enjoy, it just was not worth it.IDW is already the corral for autistic faggots who have obsessive headcanons about shit and somehow have jobs as cartoonists.
There are at least a half-dozen idiots at IDW just as autistic as Ken Penders. They're a bit better about getting those work-made-for-hire contracts signed and not losing them, though.
Any gems? He's close to full chimp out mode on Twitter right now.
Not to mention, IDW's semi-regular crossover events, ensuing franchises like Transformers, Mars Attacks and TMNT are pretty much in the same continuity as each other. I won't be surprised if they begin brining Sonic and pals into those crossovers too.IDW is already the corral for autistic faggots who have obsessive headcanons about shit and somehow have jobs as cartoonists.

FFS Penders, you're going to get wrecked by IDW if you try to sue them. Hell, if he did sue and lose, how quickly would he end up in a suicidal depression? Because at this point, he'd be lucky to even try and self publish his Poser-tier "Donut Steal" comic series, much less force a company to do it.Not even out and Ken is talking about suing them, I mean really? haha like they would using anything from him. I hope that he dose see something a bit alike to his work like just something like another member of knuckle race so he tries to sue them, cause that be fun be IDW has a fucking strong legal team way better then archie and sega, it be fun to see him get his ass blasted. I mean he already being pity like this

Like no, no one actual comic publisher want him after what he done and like I am pretty sure IDW will sell better, like their stuff or not their good at selling their stuff.

Yes, yes I do indeed know which one. How could I not, I was hoping to avoid it but I mean like I hearing people in that fan base screaming how it good so like. . . good for them I am sure they can do the same for sonic. I am just gonna stick to my own austic obsession with a franchise.I was talking about another franchise. You know exactly which one.
