I know it's optimistic to say this, but I hope she never gives us any more reason to talk about her. Kelly is an attention-seeking munchie, but I would personally be happy if she remains satisfied with the amount of passive attention she must get from going out in public as an amputee, thus resulting in me never having to hear about her again. The less reason she has to post online about terrible "developments" in her "condition" the better. At the very, very least it would mean that she's not doing anything more to harm herself (physically).
You're looking at this as though it's a lifestyle rather than an addiction.
She hasn't been metaphorically moving from neighborhood to neighborhood until she found her dream house to settle down in and live out the rest of her days quiet and happy, she's a junkie who just shot pure cocaine into her eyes and you're hoping once the high wears off she'll never seek it out again.
The sad truth of it is that if there ever was "enough" it wouldn't have escalated this far. Sure, she may go offline for a while due to all the IRL attention she has during this adjustment period but sooner or later she'll need more than just her caretaker/roommate/slave and remember she has MS or decide to have her uterus removed for the third time and end up back in a hospital telling all the other munchies how horrible and terrible it all is.
She doesn't need to hit a certain level of attention or pity anymore than an alcoholic needs just the right amount of vodka for all their problems to cease; that's just not how it all works.
She needs therapy and meds, or some kind of traumatic brain injury that alters her personality enough to quell her pathological need for attention.
That said, I get where you're coming from, but its got the unmistakable odor of optimism about it.
You're gonna wanna check that at the door before entering the Beauty Parlour, my friend, this place is essentially the Mütter Museum of the Kiwi Farms with the attitude of an 80's movie high school girl's bathroom.
