It's probly optimistic to even think she'll get prosthetics. There's a pretty large chance she'll never let the stumps heal at all. Still find Canada mental health insane she woulda been in state years ago in the US happily doped up and strapped to a bed.

ah, Kelly. finally, the time has come. can't wait for the next chapter in her shitshow. there's a couple of ways it can go now, depending on whether actually losing her goddamn legs after fucking with them for so long will shake her out of munchdom for at least a while, and if so, what's her coping mechanism gonna be then. voluntarily destroying your own flesh to the point of bka being necessary is one thing, coping with its consequences is gonna be another, and if Kelly somehow doesn't get her shit together enough to stop fucking around with her body now, she's gonna find out, well, death, probably, because i don't think there's a happy ending for her if having both legs amputated at 35 doesn't wake her the fuck up to what she's made her life into.
 
The sheer amount of inverted penises and rolled up arm flesh I’ve seen on this website could never adequately prepare me for the horrors of this thread.

I've avoided Kelly's thread since early on cause it really bums me out but this update has left me really angry. This woman has been utterly failed by her doctors and should have been institutionalised well before this point. The docs themselves have noted the shit in the wounds so you either have a patient who is carrying out extreme self harm OR at the very least one with a demonstrated incapacity to care for basic hygiene around the wounds. Letting it get this far is shocking tbh.
 
First time reading this thread. Where I live while the mental health facilities are shitty I'm sure they would have drugged her out of her mind years ago. I wonder what her doctors will do or if she isn't going to adapt to being an amputee of both legs. If it was I would do what the nurses did at a hospital my mom was. Staple her to the wall. Like put her to the wall and not let her move even to eat and only let her out to pee but with supervision. A part of me is "God I hope her family sues" but seeing the fact they let her do this I disagree
