Sorry, the tooth pulling was a root canal she ripped out of her own face but she dropped that storyline when not even the doctor's she was surrounded by seemed to buy it.

So, unless words work differently in Canada, a root canal isn’t so much a thing as a procedure (one that I had pretty recently). The tooth does become more brittle afterwards, but The whole point of a root canal is that the tooth doesn’t have nerves anymore So it doesn’t hurt.
if she meant that a tooth fell out that just so happened to undergo a root canal . . . that is one clean looking tooth to have JUST magically fallen out of her mouth.

Ooh, I saw that comment, but it didn't click that was her sister.

Also noticed the comment I posted earlier about her needing to be institutionalized, and her response is no longer there.

ETA- And now it's back. I don't use insta, so NFI what's going on with that

Which one is too hard to admit on insta or whatever? You be the judge. You share what you are comfortable revealing to the world, and you hold back on some things.

Kelly is just fishing for asspats, she is not actually confused about how social media works. She has proven this by her online behavior, she knows how to use links in her insta and Cloud to upload her horrifying pictures and videos, she Googles herself or has a Google alert on her name (that's probably how she found lolcow farms as well as this site). She probably still reads this thread, even though she was threadbanned years ago. Her sister hasn't accepted this yet and is still trying to reason with her while also not understanding why she doesn't just keep a normal locked insta with only her friends as followers. It's because she wants the attention, Gina, that's why.

To be fair, it isn’t just cows who struggle with this. Anyone with a presence on social media is at risk of oversharing. That being said, I’ve never seen anyone provide too much information in the way that Kelly does. It’s fascinating to me. The fabrication of documents, pictures of grotesque wounds, videos of “DID episodes,” etc etc make it incredibly easy to analyze and piece together exactly how manufactured it is.
It’s especially interesting to juxtapose Kelly’s approach to social media and the approaches of the many individuals suffering from real physical illnesses. Those people generally don’t post documents (falsified or otherwise), images of gaping wounds, or images of themselves/their children suffering just to prove how awful their lives are.
Kelly isn’t confused. She knows exactly what she wants and she’s just not getting it. *shrug*

I can't imagine she's that ill that she'd be unable to have a general. Higher risk, sure, but not unwell enough to basically palliate if it was solely down whether she'd survive an operation or not.

P/L maybe? But for comparison, I'm currently working on an admission (not a clinician, just work with documentation) of a 79 year old pack-a-day smoker, "cachetic" with a history of mastectomy for breast cancer and resultant muscle weakness, who has had an above knee amputation and they still put her under general to operate. I think Kelly seems much more centrally healthy than this.

Haha with Kelly the motives are pretty easy: It's for attention. She wants people to see it and ask about it. If she has a tragic backstory lined up or would like to use it as a symptom of her next rare disease/disorder, I couldn't tell ya but yeah, it's just more bait.
