That's an ana-chan pose where she's rolled her shoulders forward to fold her chest inwards and back. It's hunched and weak looking on purpose. That pose comes up again and again in the munchie and ana threads. She looks fucking terrible, yes, but she's also staging her photos in such a way to make herself look as thin and vulnerable as possible.

While I can't lie, leggings and giant sweatshirt are my go-to comfy clothes, I can't help but wonder if Kelly chooses the oversized sweatshirt to make herself look vulnerable and the leggings to accentuate her disfigurement for sympathy. I think a lot of people with such a disfigurement would try to hide their butchered legs in public. Even if she had to wear compression leggings for medical reasons, throwing sweatpants on over that would be more 'ana' like I think, as well as make her less of a spectacle in public.

But who am I kidding? Kelly lives to be a spectacle, an anomaly, an exhibit.

She had a consult with plastics, but has she ever had a consult with psych? Surely there must be a point where if they can't find a bacterial/viral/biological reason for the gaping, necrotic wounds in her leg, they start to invest other causes...

She's been placed on emergency psych holds before, so she's on their radar but there doesn't seem to be much they can do for her if she doesn't voluntarily seek treatment. She was even posting pics of her cell but denying what was really going on, there are screenshots further back in the thread.

Even if she wasn't causing her wounds, they'd send her to a psych consult and therapy. Can you imagine having your legs disintegrate to literal bone sticking out? That's some serious trauma, even if it's being caused by a biological or genetic process.

It had to be extra obvious after she went home with beautifully healed skin grafts, then destroyed them once no one was monitoring her,
She literally picked all that nice new skin off her legs, piece by piece,
 
Given that one of her team was posting online for input from other doctors about a potential amputation, it's likely that they have discussed that with her already as an option.

She thinks they're just going to take her feet though? Nah they're cutting that shit off above the knee.
