Made the decision to come check here after a post on Reddit. I trawled through all 106 pages of this utter degeneracy.
Keep seeing people saying that she could have dermatillomania - as someone with it, it's not ever this concentrated. Like you get pretty nasty cases but believe me this ain't it.
Shits fascinating sure, but she's done this shit to herself and is a complete waste of resources.
Off with her shins.

I worked in a non-doctor role with geriatric patients. They had no social media to peruse, but there was still gossip about their personal lives. I can't imagine that none of the doctors or nurses have looked her up. (But I belong to a dedicated community of cyberstalking autists, so I am biased.)

If Kelly's foot ulcer is a symptom of a bone infection, I highly doubt she'll live long enough to skeletize her foot.
Otherwise, it's probably her next project.
 
For the medfags, how much pain do you think she's in on a day-to-day basis? I don't recall her ever mentioning doctor-shopping for drugs. Even if she can't feel her feet for example, I'd imagine there's still pain in her legs? Neuropathic pain? Referred pain? I guess as a non skin picker/ sharp object bone shredder, I can't fathom this not being painful.

I imagine all the inflamed tissue around there would be the main source of pain. And there's a lot of it. I imagine anything that isn't dead is in a constant state of HOLYSHIT.

And then there's the pain from the nerves she's damaged.

She's fucking high on opiods all the time so whatever, prolly barely conscious and when she is aware enough she picks away.
 
I’m sure the swelling and dead tissue hurt a hell of a lot, but that dead nerves feel nothing, iirc. The reason why it hurts in the tooth is because it is an autoimmune reaction causing swelling and inflammation, not pain from the actual nerve.

While she has mentioned receiving fentanyl in the past, it's to be expected given the state of her legs. She's probably addicted to opioids, but I'd wager getting high has never been her goal and it's more of a physical addiction than anything.

Her drug is attention and sympathy. That's what motivates her. I'm sure the drugs she takes feel fucking amazing, but attention is a way more powerful high to her.

i think if it was her goal to get high off shit, she wouldve gone a whole different route,
i.e, backpain, eds and all that
 
I was reminded of this thread when I watched a documentary (timestamped at relevant part) My Brother Jordan. Dude got cancer in his leg and it ended up looking like hers.

 
Not a doctor/don't play one on TV but fungating tumors kind of have that look.

I feel like a major maggot infestation could only improve the situation.

it would keep the wound clean, but it looks like she's getting regular debridement already. doing some of it herself.

Congrats, Kelly! You've finally got a severe medical problem you didn't directly cause!

That pressure sore/bed sore on her heel looks like a classic diabetic foot ulcer. In her case, it's not diabetes impeding the circulation, but it will have the same result. Unhealing ulcer will travel deeper and deeper until the heel bone is involved.

If you image search for "Diabetic Foot Ulceration" and find the staging, the heel ulcer looks to be around a stage 3. Won't be long before the doctors have no choice but to amputate that right lower leg now that the foot's going to rot, too.
 
I've thought they were taking her legs for sure multiple times and they have yet to do that. I don't think they'll ever amputate at this point. The doctors know Kelly is responsible for her own condition and they appear keen to just let her rot to pieces while keeping her alive with antibiotics. Honestly, they should just let this all run its course and send her home, no more antibiotics, no more pain meds - get it over with.

It just really hammers home how disgusting it is that Kelly did this to herself when some people would kill for health and functional legs

her eyes aim in different directions in quite a few of her selfies, and i still cant tell if she just doesnt notice or purposefully tries to emphasize it.
