She's got a lot of foot drop, she can't move those anymore. The reason the wounds are now connected is from surgical debridement, those areas are too pink, clean and neat to have been self-inflicted.

There's no tissue left on top of the shin, lying over that bone. it'll eventually be meat hanging separately from a bone, that area.

The size of her feet and ankles- I'm sorely* tempted to dm that doc and ask what the outcome of his case was, just to see if it's her for sure and to find out what the plan is. I won't, but I'm tempted.

*pun unintended

I think we need a new poll: "How long until Kelly has dug all the way through her leg?" Seems to be what she is aiming for

if only there was someone to blame...

I hope she doesn't get them amputated until all the flesh has rotted off and the feet are connected to her only by bone. It would be a really interesting medical curiosity to see.

So I’ve been lurking on the farms for a month or so and yesterday I traversed this 105 page munchie rollercoaster of a thread in one night after clicking on a single Reddit link. I finally made an account because I just needed to come on here to say...Holy. Fuck. :(

Oh for all that is holy, she is wearing skinny jeans. She has some ungodly nurgle juice running down her leg from her gouged out bloody concave legs and massively bloated balloon feet, and her choice of below the waist attire is SKINNY JEANS.

Either she has no feeling at all in those legs and feet anymore, or those jeans have been on for weeks. :cryblood:

Looks like she actually cut off her right pant leg -- i'm not well versed on fashion but that doesn't strike me as manufactured wear, it looks torn and ripped off by hand. Supported further by the fact that the left pant leg appears rolled up and not frayed like that.

Also sure, Kelly. Very convincing photo that you can still stand up, considering it's taken about a foot away from your bed (which also seems to be on wheels).

Those jeans look WET.
I'm going to throw the fuck up.
Same. My stomach churns every time I open this thread. I've never clicked a single link/spoiler/thumbnail but just reading about it is enough. I just check for the inevitable amputation or sepsis announcement.

I see droplets of blood running from one leg down. Was this after recent pickings or is the wound just oozing blood all of the time now?
It's going to be oozing constantly because it's an open wound. Some drainage is normal in healthy wound healing. The clear fluid oozed by wounds, especially big ones, is blood plasma or cellular fluid. It's occasionally pink from small amounts of blood mixed in. Deeper, larger wounds produce more fluid, which is why surgical patients will sometimes need drains installed to shunt this fluid off. Kelly has deep, persistent, infected wounds on her legs. Her body is producing a lot of extudate to both close the wound and flush out bacteria. Her legs and dressings will be constantly wet, and I wouldn't be surprised if she had to rest them on an absorbent pad in bed.

Remember that the human body is mostly water. We're basically water balloons with some structure inside. A wound is a hole in that balloon.
