In reality they don’t want to admit that we are watching and documenting in horror. Guarantee she’s losing her mind that there’s an internet record of her munchie behavior now. She can’t come here and spout nonsense anymore so she’s trying to irritate us so we stop talking about her. Bad news Kelly. You’re just going to introduce new users to the site by advertising it. I came to this site when Russell Greer was sperging about it. Had he never whined about it I probably never would have heard of it.
 
That's the thing about munchies - they love attention. Even bad attention is good attention. It has already been said before, but honest sick people just don't want all too much attention while being sick. You usually hear something along these lines of"Illness does not define me. I am still a human with a real (own) personality"
Now think about Kelly - what striking personality traits does she really have? She defines herself by being sick all the time. She has mysterious illnesses. She has pain. She's gotta go to the hospital. At the same time everything is posted online on Instagram.
Normal people don't do that, but she's gotta get these precious Internet attention points, because no one else cares.

Y'know, I don't think it's that smart to post pictures of Kiwi Farms in her Insta Stories. People might come here and read everything about her munchie life and then decide to not support her. And if they simply try to whiteknight her, they will be ridiculed.

❎Graphic medical pictures❎ I thought I'd show you guys the recent progress... I'm told that once the white patchy areas are pink, I will be ready for a skin graft. I'm so antsy. Lol k, re: the lump of flesh. That is a muscle, pulled through from the back of my calf. It wasn't cut right off, it was just cut enough to reposition it over my exposed tibia bone. It looks upsetting, but they keep reminding me that they know what they're doing. The weirrrdest thing though, is the sensation. When I walk little bits, my calf muscles hurt, buttttt my calf hurts on my shin! I don't know how to describe this. I wonder if when I start exercising again, if the re repositioned calf will bulk up? Who wants bulky shins!? Omg I can't believe I'm going through all of this! Ha! How did I think I'd just recover at home!? Sigh... Oh well. I reallly miss the Chompy, but my roomies send pics and vids of him to me all the time! I hope this post doesn't get deleted, but if so, I can share via messaging. Love you guys!

Thank you! That was a very informative and interesting read and I really appreciate the time you took to share it.
On one of your points about Kelly always needing to have the worst case of the worst disease, it's weird how even in her fake documents she can't resist having her "doctors" mention that she is the most severe case and that she's soooo interesting. You'd think with her commitment to this mess she'd be able to keep that ego in check but I guess being dedicated to something isn't the same as being good at it.
I'm also going to have to look into some of these munchhausen by proxy cases. There's just something so goddamn twisted and intriguing about it all.
Also I have no idea how I missed that "Every time one disease is solved, another appears. " I mean, I knew she was faking a ton of different things but dang you're not wrong; it's all really just one after the other.

And I will trust your instincts for now about the possible by-proxy-cat. I don't know how much of her affection for that cat is genuine and how much is simply for appearances (having high maintenance pets is something I've seen people use as a source of attention before, but it is rare that they keep it up after the initial "oh wows" wind down) but you are right about her not jumping to gofundme or any such shit.
It's possible she just doesn't care about money , at least not in the way she cares about attention, but I'm absolutely no pro and like I said, am willing to stop waving that flag until it happens again :)

Instead of having informative conversations about medical anomalies with like minded individuals after a long day of working real jobs, we should all put our time to good use like she does and lie in hospital beds with only the dying cries of those in need of the precious medical resources we're hoarding to keep us company.
Thank GOD there are people like Kelly to keep us on the right track and be a strong moral compass!

Bahaha just like she's constantly refreshing this page to respond to us, which she can't do by coming to the site because she's too annoying to actually interact with directly.
Also this kind of answers the question of whether or not she values money over attention because canadian healthcare does not cover dental and she just ripped out about 1.5k worth of dental work.
If it was for our attention rather than the doctor's though, Phil (ADF) set a pretty high bar; he got his dick chopped off for our attention.

Huh, weird.
Her disease just seems to have stopped spreading even though it was just as bad on her hands and upper thighs before.
Almost like she forgot about the other parts....

Also I'm willing to bet she didn't intend for it to go this far, or if she did really didn't consider the consquences of it all. I'm smelling a bit of regret mixed in with that stench of rotten flesh.
A side note: She'd be the best roommate in the world to have since she's always in the hospital.

I said something like this in the munchie general: these women have the ability to edit what the world sees. Just by being more careful about what they post on social media they would make their cases so much harder to disprove. The example I used was people posting pictures of them eating burgers and fries while claiming to be feeding tube/TPN-dependent. If they just didn’t post the food, you’d have no proof they were ever eating. But they just can’t help themselves, it’s almost compulsive. The internet has given loonies like Kelly a platform to broadcast her every fart and bruise and even though you see clear patterns - a new terrible affliction striking as soon as another clears, escalating symptoms that don’t follow the typical disease progression, claims to be the worst ever case the doctor has ever seen - she never edits out the stuff that makes those patterns recognizable. she doesn’t have to post, for example, pics of her holding her legs above her head and grinning like an idiot in the hospital, proving that she is just loving all the treatments, being inpatient, having nurses fuss over her, pain killers, &etc. If she posted just a normal selfie or photo of the room, with a concise informative caption about the procedure, the wound vacs, information about her condition, or a “hey guys I’m in the hospital but I’m feeling much better, I should be out in a few days” type update, it would be hard to say “wow she’s really loving this attention.”

But she does love it and it never enters her mind not to post this because it’s so attention-grabbing and extreme it pretty much gets her high.

I guess her fingers healed up and were never affected again...I guess she can't curl her hair in the hospital so she doesn't have the curling iron to grab and blister herself.

Oh man, I forgot about the burns she was trying to claim she had nO IdEa hOW thEy HapPEneD. She escalates everything so much it's hard to keep track of her more trivial crazy moments. But yeah, that's a perfect example. That was unmistakably a full-thickness burn from something very hot and cylindrical that she gripped tightly. Anyone could see that. She could have either not posted that, or posted it with an excuse that acknowledges it was a curling iron burn. "I had a terrible relapse with self-harm and this was the result, woe is Kelly." Or even "I passed out from anemia and painkillers [or whatever] while curling my hair, my hand landed right on the barrel, and didn't wake up until this happened." There. It's still bullshit, people will still question it, but it's at least within the realm of the possible. I personally know a woman who passed out slumped against a heater during a drug binge and burned half her face off without waking up. Hell Richard Pryor set himself alight and ran down the street while freebasing. We have examples of this happening. We have no examples of Behcet's causing lesions on the fingers that look suspiciously like full-thickness burns from a curling iron.

I think what happened there was she didn't know what she was angling for when she started. Unlike Jaquie and Ginge and the rest of the herd we discuss who find a diagnosis, research it, and then mimic or induce the symptoms to get that specific diagnosis, Kelly just throws shit at the wall and sees what sticks. Not a snowball's chance in hell she heard of a rare autoimmune vasculitis, researched it, and decided curling iron burns were the way to go about faking it. She injured herself all over (it started with her nose and lips if I'm not mistaken) and claimed ignorance until a doctor said "it could be Behcet's but..." Then she did her research and cut the "symptoms" that didn't fit that diagnosis.

It actually makes her less fun, imo. I like watching them induce the symptoms as if they're reading from a textbook. It's like getting a preview of coming attractions with each new insta-post or youtube video.

THIS. The injuries were all over her body, then suddenly localized to both calves in the same exact spot and got worse and worse 'til this all just happened. In a spot that was easy for her to continuously damage. Yeah, ok Kelly. This was totally not self-inflicted. Right.

I went back into the early days of her instagram to see if she tagged that during her earlier mental health sagas. I didn't find anything. But I did realize wtf who is taking these photos of her? I know some are selfies but so many of them are full body shots taken at a good distance. Does she just set the timer on her phone, run across the room to pose and look ill, then run back to make sure it looks good, or is someone actually tagging along as her photographer on all these medical mystery tours?

She keeps posting about her “friends” bringing her candy and food, yet has never posted photos of ANY friends. I think she just asks the nurses or family of hospital roommates to do it.
 
Her eye is definitely jankier then before (see o.p). She is like a poisonous animal adding more and more physical "warning signs" for potential friends/mates/sympathisers.
