The post that Kelly claimed was by Gina was obviously written by Kelly. If you check out Gina's Instagram account, http://www.instagram.com/gina__dawn , you'll notice that Gina is able to type coherently.

I believe that before Kelly received her port, she was bloodletting via a method similar (though probably less sophisticated) to the ones shown here:


If she was, it would be extremely easy to hide the puncture site.

I read on LCF that she made a video of herself going to the blood bank and handing out goodie bags to people who donated blood, in a really obnoxious way, to make everything about her.
 
At one point she was asking for money to go see a naturopath.

Also we can't forget that she will go through phases in which she 'can't pee.' She claims she cannot pee no matter how hard she tries then goes to the ER to get a catheter. Then she rage posts about how they don't believe her, but it's totally legit guys!

Again, we can't forget when she said she has MS. Unfortunately, I fell for her BS for a long time so I don't have a screen shot from when she posted the MRI results. It is discussed in the lolcow thread. But basically it said she had some demyelination spots on her brain that MAY indicate MS; the results were NOT conclusive, but she was like look guys I also have MS now. She has barely discussed it since.

The fuckiest thing about Kelly is that she actively trawls her own thread, and even throws up incriminating evidence. She does it partly to reinforce what a poor widdle victim she is, but she doesn't have the self insight to realize it just makes her look totally fucking batshit.

This is exactly what the Canadian taxpayer and Canadian Blood Services needs. I can't believe they're wasting blood transfusions on her and that Global News reported on her.

I feel like media outlets share some blame for munchie shennanigans. Anybody with critical thinking skills should be able to see through munchie shit just by what they post on social media. I realize modern media is a fucking joke, but they could at least run their "medical mystery" stories past a doctor before publishing it, if all their writers are huffpo-tier airheads that don't question anything a stranger tells them.

Huh, unusual move for Kelly. Either she's fabricating being in a psychiatric hospital, or she really is in a psychiatric hospital, just being really really hyperbolic about her experiences there. The forensics unit? I guess it kinda makes sense, she's pathologically drawn to draining her own blood, so she'd need constant supervision.

Actually I fully endorse hysterectomies for all munchies as a mandatory treatment of the disorder, no way in hell these whackjobs should ever breed or parent. Not only because they would be terrible narcassistic mothers but it's just a matter of time before they start making their children ill for more attention like Hope Ybarra and many others.

Hello, Kelly! Welcome aboard! I'd love to ask you a few questions, I've always wondered about people with mancheusen and their abilities to empathize. Mainly I'd love to know what may trigger guilt; do you ever feel bad that people needlessly worry or stress about you fictions ailments? Do you feel guilty taking a doctor away from a patient in need, or taking up precious hospital bedding space or supplies? What about when someone desperately needs the blood you waste?
I'm legitimately curious, not trying to trigger any emotions or make you feel any guilt that doesn't come naturally but actually find answers, I find it all incredibly fascinating.
