Not with wat kelly claims. She claims her betchet did this. If so that would be the first case ever documented that got further than just sores and ulcers.
 
The skin discoloration on her calves and swollen feet are quite bad. They're unable to circulate lymphatic fluid back to the rest of her body. Lymphangitis is inevitable from this point on, which is very dangerous and can be quite painful. I'm surprised it hasn't happened already. There's not clear evidence of healthy granulation tissue in her legs; all the visible flesh is infected and dying. Her normal healing response is completely overwhelmed by infection and her continued picking at the wounds. It looks like a medical team tried to debride her legs, but her continued picking reinfected them. Those thick black eschars surrounded by melting, oozing flesh are horrifying from a medical standpoint. She's putting herself in real danger of wet gangrene.

She's got to be on some extremely heavy duty antibiotics for this. They have nasty side effects, especially over the long term.

There's no way she's going to keep her lower legs after this kind of mutilation. Docs won't amputate because of her picking, so this munchie will force them to amputate.
 
Doesn't she live with someone or in a group home? Is there no one there to supervise her? I mean, Munchies Gonna Munch, I know, but Jesus Christ.
 
Powerlevel but my mother was just like "Hey, your aunt fell and fucked up her knee to the bone. Wanna see a pic?"

Before this thread, I would have rated it a good 6 on the nasty scale, but after this thread, it was maybe a 2.

I am never eating beef jerky again.
 
This is the worst Bechets I can find images of online. It's not dissimilar to early kelly, but she's well beyond it now.

It's an interesting read as well.

Even so, she'd have to be on 24/7 watch. At night too. She'd have to be within eyesight of a staff at all times. Forever. I'm not sure I know of a group home willing to do that. Or they'd forcibly restrain her hands at night, but they're already so iffy about restrains.

Hole two, unremarkable, putrescent but apparently healing by secondary intention. It appears to be deep enough that only the scabs are covering the bone. This wound appears to have been debrided approximately a week ago, judging by the scab and scar textures.

Both ankles and feet are retaining water and the skin shows signs of underlying infection. When fully medically debrided, these extremities may require amputation. There seems to be nearly no fine motor control. On repeat viewing, it appears that all valve structures may have failed, preventing the return or drainage of fluid from these extremities. There may be extensive cell death and dead blood cells present in quantity, and great care should be taken to drain before any debridement.

Went back and looked at her update from mid July and I’m wondering what the fuck she did to them t wear them down to the bone. Like she actually had tissue regrowing and scabbing, and now there’s bone visible? And the other has deepened more? Bitch when you scrub your legs are you scrubbing the tissue off too??

You saw the part where she was attacking her legs with scissors?

I'm shocked that she's as physically well as she is, considering that she's giving us all an internal anatomy lesson. And a lesson in tissue identification, and a lesson in different kinds of putrefaction.

I'm also shocked at how mentally unwell she is, and how powerless she and the people around her are to stop her from literally tearing apart her body. I know she's doped to the gills, but all that looks agonizing. And not just physically agonizing, but if I looked down and my leg looked like that, I would flip my shit.

How is that not full of maggots?

the inner wound on her right leg seems to have granulation in the deepest part. That's the one she "it's pretty deep" for us. I think she probably finds it easier to reach the outer wound on that leg and has directed most of her attention there.

You're right about the other three though. It looks like she has been debriding them constantly, causing more seepage and crust.
She's likely on a slew of antibiotics. They've got her on a vanco cocktail by now, she won't go septic. She's just going to lose her legs.

No1curr but I worked in a morgue and I was fine with that. That video? Not. Fine.

Putrefaction and infections are facts of life but somehow it's so much worse knowing it's self-inflicted. Debriding is a hell of a way to prove your commitment to the munchie life. It was so much simpler back in the days of basic bitch bloodletting.

'I was a ballerina who tragically lost her legs but I'm bravely fighting' has a nice ring to it, I guess.
