I can't imagine her trying to use prosthetics as a DAK amputee :story: Considering the fact that she is an attention whore, she must be a pain in the ass to the caregivers or whatever they are called.
 
Part of wants think, maybe she's had this overwhelming sense of "oh shit, I did this to myself...."

But realistically she's probably just really enjoying the attention and self pity, as was stated earlier in the thread she doesn't rely solely on the internet for her attention fix...

I think she'll be back, as soon as the high of being an double amputee has worn off....
 
That first year after amputation is FILLED with activity and attention, so yeah, she'd getting quite a bit of it at the moment. There are regular appointments with your surgeon and medical team, physical therapists, prosthetic specialists, mental health therapists, and new groups to join (recent amputees, amputees engaging in sports or social outings, etc.) She is probably just basking in the whirlwind of attention right now, it will die down eventually.

Like I really really really hope she's just rambling nonsensically but ..........

Speaking as a cat lady, I was vibing despite never having heard the term "puffer-chops" before, but then "prominent terminals" and everything after it is like jumping into ice water. It's like a Facebook cat meme from Scarfolk Council.

At least the cat won't have trouble getting away from her.

Is that her thought process for picking at herself? Does Kelly give squishums to her leg stumps and severed nerves?
 
I think she was saying she would be worried if his whiskers were actually falling out, but that if she finds loose ones (which you do occasionally), she saves them.

At least that’s what I hope she’s saying. I really hate when anyone featured here has pets.

Who is Kelly living with now? Same roommate?
