I have to give her one tiny bit of credit. There wasn't a "white" category (as opposed to a French category, or in her example Welsh category, or what have you) until there was a need to define who wasn't in the club, and some minorities -- Irish and Italians come to mind -- took a very long time to fall under the "white" umbrella in the US, even though the average Irish-American is pretty near translucent.
... okay. That's her one bit. The "polluted communities" theory, if you don't think Flint, MI is literally every town in the US, sounds pretty conspiracy-esque.
