According to DSP, she was off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week (so far). I'm not sure if it's either the obvious answer, no job, or if he just says "she's off" when she's working the day shift.
 
This is what I was quickly able to confirm with some pigpiggo and forum searches. I have video URLs in the details. I need to find a better way to log/share than Google Calendar. Maybe a spreadsheet would be better.

If she worked for some company that had such a provision for their vacation/personal hours, then sure. But, considering what has been able to be deduced...she more than likely works retail. And not management-retail, but boots-on-the-ground "can I help you find anything?" retail. They are glorified part-timers, and their schedule is entirely up to management AND that schedule can be governed by said employee's production. If Khet is good at peddling horse-apples, then she might get an extra day or so a week. If she's terrible at it, then management would not be inclined to schedule her as often, but they might still need a body so they stick her in on some of the lower-traffic days just to give someone more deserving a day off (and not tank their numbers because they came in on a crappy day). Unless shown otherwise, the Wop (Wife of Phil) is either not working or is so shit at her job that she only goes in on garbage-tier days.

She worked the morning shift. Phil said Kat was under a lot of stress and dealing with stuff and they moved her to nights.

Fair enough.

From a managerial standpoint, we hired Kat to work days and she can't fulfill her duties. What's wrong here? The company or Kat? The other 12 employees do just fine. The logical problem would be with Kat.

Move her to night shift. Over the course of a year problems continue. Keep cutting hours. Now she has 3 days a week.

I've seen it done many a time. They cut your hours because they want you gone.

Nothing she could do dood! Between getting pegged by Jim, preparing slop for the pig, vacuuming at 8pm, throwing food at the cat, summoning demons, and trying to install Hitman, how could you possibly expect her to fulfill her duties at work!
 
Phil has lived in this condo for 5 years.

Recently he was scared by a noise. The vacuum cleaner. In five years he hasn't heard the vacuum cleaner. IN FIVE YEARS HE HASNT HEARD A VACUUM CLEANER. About a week later he heard another strange sound. Kat was cleaning the bathroom. IN FIVE YEARS NOONE HAS CLEANED THE BATHROOM.

Now I may be odd, but I only really get upset when I hear glass break, a child scream, or the sound of those damn Jews trying to get out of the basement. If a vacuum is running down the hall on the floor below, I can tell it is a vacuum. VRRROOOOM What the fuck is that!? Did a Subaru get in here!? I give Phil the credit since his whole house has wood floors. What the fuck is Kat vacuuming? Use a broom you fuck.

Then Phil gets all worried about a sound that turns out to be the water? In 5 years nobody has used the water in the bathroom while Phil was streaming. Why would Kat clean Phil's bathroom? Jasper does a great job at killing all the bathroom insects.

In all seriousness. He was startled by the sound of a vacuum and water to clean the bathroom. Using logic, I would say the vacuum is rarely run and the bathroom is rarely cleaned.

It's hard playing video games 20 hours a week and being a woman with a 3 day a week 4-8 job.

You know how paranoid he is - he keeps an axe downstairs and an axe in the bedroom like some faggot. He jumps at the fucking lawncare people which come on a damn schedule!
