Phil said that soon after moving in together his relationship with Panda began to fall apart. Their 10 year age difference was too much. It's strange that he kept up appearances to make it seem like everything was fine and dandy. He said his proposal to her was a "band-aid" to try and fix the relationship.

Now he moved Kat in after spending at most 30 days with her in real life. She cheated on Subaru man to see him. There is an 8 1/2 year age difference between them. Phil and Kat have little to no chemistry on the streams they did together. They allegedly spend 2 hours a day together eating or watching Netflix. Phil made Kat sleep downstairs on the couch when she was sick. Phil bought a discount engagement ring and proposed in the mall. They got married in his mom's house that smells like cigarettes and cats.

Now I'm not going to say a hasty and cheap wedding almost seems like he's trying to put a band-aid on the failing relationship, but...

I'll also call bullshit on the '10 year age difference being too much'.
I'm sure he meant "The difference in maturity was too much" meaning Leanna was the mature one.

Hell, I dated and lived with a chick that was 12 years my junior. She spent the night, then just never left. It was fine - our maturity levels, hobbies, etc were similar. Age wasn't an issue.

Phil is the kind of person that over about a weekend you could literally experience everything he has to offer. He'll tell you his 3 interesting stories, tell his one funny joke, and then it's like, that's all you've got? It's why he makes sure that if he's going to spend a day off with a girlfriend, they're 100% going shopping or to the zoo or watching movies or playing games. He's boring. Imagine hearing his whiny equivalent of the prestream every time you eat dinner with him. Luckily for him, Kat is also incredibly lifeless and dim, so that one funny joke still gets a chuckle.

When Leanna moved in, she was exposed to the full banality that is Phil. It probably did fall apart right away, for her. I doubt he noticed. She busied herself with decorating the house, spending a bunch of his money, starting the soap business, getting an actual job, finding friends, having game nights downstairs, while Phil...well, he sat in the tiny room that looked the same as he moved in with all the same dust, doing the same thing every day. Boring.

Kat will get bored too, or is bored already. I don't think he married her because he thinks it's going bad. Phil won't notice until it's already over.

Kat was bored before it even began. All it probably took was a guy willing to pay her to travel across the country multiple times, and she couldn't resist the dolla dolla.

It's impossible for me to imagine them having any kind of relationship. They've had sub-zero chemistry every time they're together. She looks like a hostage. They have nothing in common.

For what other reason would she have left Subaruman Jeff for Phil? He looks like Phil except more handsome and younger, had an actual good job, went outside and had hobbies. The only thing Phil had was disposable money to throw at her, which he really didn't have because he's willing to cripple himself in debt.

Kat seems like the kind of homebody who doesnt WANT to go do anything. She likely found having a boyfriend who wanted to go do things a hassle.

Phil being even more of a neet that she is is likely perfect for her.

Leanna joined up during Phil's big spending years. Just go check out all the vacation and trip vlogs he took her on. It is no surprise things fell apart once Phil entered the shut in years because of all the things you mentioned. Kat showed up and just got slotted into the spot Leanna left. Outside of one secret Seattle trip and what must have been an incredibly awkward meet my parents on our wedding day trip the only place they go is shopping. Leanna at least seemed lively and outgoing so she could fill in the dead air during their time together.

Phil outside of YouTube is an introvert and I can't imagine Kat is hiding an exciting personality behind her pissed off expression. They both must be bored out of their minds. People settle for this kind of stuff though. Phil gets his status symbol and Kat gets free room and board plus whatever Phil buys her to stick around. Plenty of worse situations you could be in but that doesn't mean it's good.

I have to stop with the pregnancy theories.

Which makes me think, why does Phil still mention Kat numerous times every stream? I know the obvious reason, he needs to brag about the one thing that suggests he's Chad and an adult.

But, he's also admitting defeat, she wears the pants in the relationship, an extremely quiet mentally ill woman. Other than two awkward marriage pics at Phil's Mom's house, and a Christmas card pic, she's been invisible for 7 months. Phil obviously wants to show her off but she's having none of that.

Also, he's extremely paranoid about the trolls to the point he hates going outside. Does he give a shit about his wife's well being? He always mentions when she's working and slipped she works at a store. He says what car he owns, which apparently she only drives.
