Kat was the one who DSP said couldn't drive in Washington with an out of state licence. Panda never even drove until she had been in Washington a few years.

People used to criticize Panda for being lazy for not trying to get a driver's license, getting a job, going to school, etc. Knowing what we know now, it's possible she had anxiety attacks when trying these things. Maybe it wasn't laziness but a true mental illness that kept Panda a prisoner in the gout mansion. Who knows? She seemed to get over it once she got out of her comfort bubble and experienced the world with her big girl panties on. Good for her. She escaped.

Now to Kat. I think it's a good theory that she didn't have a licence, but we know she was on Subaru man's car insurance so she was likely driving the Subaru.

Leanna was groomed. Phil didn't let her leave the gout mansion unsupervised until money started to become tight and he likely wanted her to pay back some of the business loans for her etsy soap venture.

On the Kat thing though, didn't she present the license in court within 24 hours? Or did I imagine that happening?

What I meant was in the states I am familiar with, it is required that every adult in a household is listed on a car policy if they drive the car or not. What I am not sure about is if that includes unlicensed adults.

for example, lets say a boyfriend and girlfriend (not married) live together and each have their own car with their own insurance. by law in the states i am familiar with, the boyfriend must be listed on the girlfriends policy and vice versa, even if the boyfriend will never once ever drive the girlfriends car or vice versa.

OMG what a brainlet, he really said that? everyone above the age of 12 knows that there is national reciprocity on drivers licenses in the usa between states.

His insurance bullshit is a LITTLE closer to reality, there are typically dead lines with that kind of thing but it really doesnt apply here because for one its not even her car. It also goes back to what i said, its impossible to prove if you are just visiting ,etc. If kat hadnt changed her license, there is no proof she is living with Dark, she would be just visiting with dark and in that case she doesnt live in his household (is visiting) and therefore wouldnt need to be on his policy.

If phil is correct, he is talking about breaking the laws in his head when he visits CT in the spring and drives his parents car or a rental car.

This goes back to what i have said before, i think he is literally the biggest pussy on the planet. he is the type to call the cops on his neighbor becxause his neighbor replaced a light fixture on their house without a permit. when the neighbor comes over and says "the cops said your an ass and called them on me for not having a permit for fixing that light and we all laughed at you". Phils response is "dood i totally saw you do it when i went outside to get my schwans delivery and someone could have seen me see you do it and i could get in trouble for not reporting you dood *snort* i have a big important business to protect here dood"

Also worth noting that in practice, this is more of an ideal than actually enforced. I would wager that the majority of college undergrads, for instance, don't get a license in the state they go to school in (if they go out-of-state).

Wow thanks for posting that because i just figured something out from that video (maybe its already been figured out but its news to me). This video confirms Kat didnt transfer with or to a full time job.

He is saying she must registered on an obama care health exchange, if she was a full time employee at walmart for example and transfered, she wouldnt need an obamacare exchange health plan. She would have a health plan through her full time job (required by law if she works over 30 hours).

It also means a large chunk of her salary goes towards paying for health insurance since even the cheapest plans are not that cheap on those exchanges assuming she didnt convert or find a full time job after the move.

IMO this backups the Starbucks theory since from what I know most of their people are kept under 30 hours a week.

(also her already being busted for driving without a license explains why he was so paranoid though, it was likely her that was super paranoid about it after her past experience)

This is the case for nearly all entry-level retail positions in America, for the reasons you outlined (mandatory health insurance, etc.) By this criteria she could be working nearly anywhere.

oh of course but there was a lot of speculation it was starbucks previously based on a bunch of other factors including her schedule and some other tid bits being familar to a starbucks employee in the thread. i think they put some things in place though when they implemented obamacare to make it harder to fuck people by keeping them just under the limit. i dont think they can work them 29 hours a week every week for example. its likely kat works 15-20 hours a week if things havent changed i would bet.

by the way, if she is working part time at starbucks, where is she going all these hours phil says she is working? he has us thinking she works at least 40 hours a week based on the schedule he gives us. unless she has a second part time job or two, he is lying as usual about her work schedule.

the only issue is the ones i looked up in renton a week ago all closed early like 8:30pm - 9pm. i didnt check all of them though. she would need one that is open till 11pm or 12am i think to match up if he isnt lying.
