I don't know anything particular about Kat's situation, but her order adheres to this pattern. I'd guess she would have filed for a TRO - temporary restraining order. Those are almost always granted, because the court will want to err on the side of caution. After the TRO, there is usually a hearing to see if it is necessary to put a PPO in place. I imagine Mr. Subaru was thrilled to have her out of his life and chose not to show up to the hearing. The court would then give her a default order, usually 1 year which matches this info, without needing to look at the merits of her case.

TLDR: Kat's order was likely not contested by Subaru man and therefore summarily granted, so her having an order doesn't prove anything beyond her making an accusation.

I take the abuse allegations with a grain of salt, because neither Kat or Phil are reliable narrators.

Now, I KNOW I'm going to catch hell for saying this, but I think the whole restraining order was a ruse by Khat as a way to frame Subaru man as a piece of shit. Again, I am NOT saying he didn't slap her around, but what I am saying is this: everyone has mentioned, not just Jeff, that Khat "has some emotional and mental issues." even coming from Officer Sanders herself, also, she has a history of being on a 72 hour psych hold, along with a history of breaking and entering, along with trespassing, along with a history of her own mother trying to harm her because of "demons." Temporary Restraining Order means Kat made a claim. Could be legit, could not. We know she has mental issues, so it may not have even been malicious on her end. It was a situation not worth fighting for Jeff as they had no family, he was paying for everything, it appears he wanted to move on, and had that next GF pretty quickly.

I forgot about the short turn around time with Philly cheesesteak the moment Panda decided to fly out of the pigpen.

Also, this was shared by ALT on Twitter of the tweet of Panda and her friends playing board games at the pigpen....and I think this was the final straw that finally broke the camel's back with Panda. If I remember correctly, this was the night Panda wanted Phil to meet her friends, but Phil had to be "streaming man" and he stayed in his mature adult office playing video games. Also, it's weird seeing people in the mature adult house that's NOT Phil or Panda at the time.

Also, I know Phil must've been SEETHING at other people in the mature adult style house and Panda wanting a life outside of being his daughter and potential soulmaid.

Am I shocked that Phil had that short of a turn around time? Hell no! Phil needs someone in his life to be his mom. I remember he complained he didn't know how to do laundry and that infamous blanket he couldn't get the smell out of, so, he threw it out. He was in his 30's when he learned how to do laundry. Also, let's never forget those Lonely Man microwave dinners he used to post on Instagram, saying that being single sucks, those 5AM gin tweets, along with him posting a picture of a picture, I believe it was from the bedroom that simply said "P".

Kat made her final tweet "Not feeling well at all today, and I barely got any sleep last night." on the morning of 4 June. She did make tweets like this before, I may be reading too much into it, but she make that tweet as an excuse to leave Jeff's place?

Possibly, she then traveled cross-country to Phil's place from 6-8 June, where he presumably bought her all new wardrobe and started the process of moving her in.

Protection order was granted 15 June, the process to send it to Jeff and all the paperwork takes at least a few days, so she filed it soon after returning to Michigan. It could just be that Jeff rightfully lost his shit when Kat returned back home, but Phil could have suggested this to her.
