I'm growing my own Carolina Reapers this year.

I grew them a few years ago, and different varieties of ghost peppers, red and white ones, also 7 pot peppers.

I love the floral tastes of ghost peppers, and those plants yield so much. Make sure to have a dehydrator for all the extras, but do not do in doors or you will have a bad day with spicy air.

I added some to a pepper mill and sprinkle it on Mac and cheese, it’s so good.
